Amazing working with Dollar. I had the best vehicle. Dodge Ram luxury! Never thought I was a truck guy but I am now. Service at the counter was great. Turning it in was seemless. I travel often to Savannah so Dollar will be home base for vehicles!

My experience at the Savannah/Hilton Head Airport was phenomenal. Arrived later in the evening expecting nothing much to be left. They directed me to the Hertz counter where the gentleman processed me efficiently and with great friendliness. Found out I was in town for a wedding and in despite being regulated to “suppliers choice” he got me into a beautiful white Ram extended cab pickup with tons of room for the whole family. Thank you for your amazing service!

I used Dollar Car Rental at the terminal in thr Savannah/Hilton Head airport this past week. The young woman at the counter on February 13 was helpful and patient- they'd had a big storm the night before and their systems were very slow. I am sorry I didn't get her name; she was great!! Thank you from me!!
I booked through Southwest, and the whole process was a breeze. I got a very nice, super clean car and that made me very happy.
I will definitely use Dollar Car Rental again!!

Booked rental thru 3rd party, no issues at all with the reservation. Pick up at the Savannah airport worked well and was convenient to baggage claim, no shuttle to offsite lot even though we had to go to a different counter (Hertz/Budget). Associate that helped us got us a better rate than our reservation, although it was a different vehicle than we expected. We had to wait for about 20mins for rental cars to be returned, we weren't in a rush so we waited. No issues with the vehicle, overall good experience including speedy return, would recommend to others and book again.

Very helpful staff at Savannah airport rental location! We picked a car and then saw quite a few very little dents on the hood (like the car had been struck by hail) and didn't want to take the chance of this being a problem upon return. So I asked to change vehicles and it was no problem at all.

Omg how they saved us from disaster. Long story short, breakdown on 95 during spring break, no rentals anywhere but here. We took an Uber to the airport, picked a car and was back in travel mode within the hour. They are very professional and funny and all have great attitudes. They made this experience a laughable delay instead of a crying disappointment to an entire wedding party in Florida.

Very efficient, I did not have to wait for my car. The car was clean and practically brand new. I would definitely rent from them again.

The Dollar rental counter was easy to find and easy to work with. Very friendly and not pushy in any way. We also enjoyed the Dodge Challenger car and wished all locations were as accommodating.

I used the managers special and got a full sized pickup truck. Customer service was excellent and the turn-in process was super easy. I will use Dollar again the next time I am renting from the Savannah airport.

I rented a car from Dollar car rental and the nicest person Deoanta. He was so helpful to me being older. He took his time and instructed me how to use the newer model car. I reented the car at your Savannah Hilton Head site.

Dollar rent a car in Savanah, GA was wonderful. Their pickup and drop off was quick and painless. The agent even walked me to the area where my rental was stationed. The car was an excellent driving Malibu.

The ladies at the Savannah airport counter were amazing. They were having problems with three customers who were testing their patience but they stayed professional and handled it amazing. I would 1000% rent here again especially if they give the me sweet truck they gave me again. 11/10 rating for sure.

I read the reviews and they were mixed ..anyways I had a great experience..I got the managers special.Truck was comfortable..Easy pick up and drop off ..Can't beat the price either . I've read some reviews saying they were expensive..Not even close. You definitely get your money's worth .

Although we did not get the jeep Cherokee we requested, we did end up with a Malibu RS which was perfect for our Trip. I loved the unlimited miles. Car was clean, fuel efficient and great for freeway driving. Check in time was a little long to no fault of the lady working the counter. She was the only one on staff and was having computer issues. She was professional and pleasant. Checking the car back in was easy, we were met immediately when we pulled up. Overall my expectations were completely met.

I arrived a day earlier than my 3 week reservation. I was hoping to get my same vehicle (truck) rather than have to switch. It was taking a bit of time to locate a truck on the lot. I explained to the representative that my daughter was about to have a baby at any moment. She offered me a different vehicle - a nice upgrade mind you - to get me to the hospital asap since my selected vehicle was not ready. She allowed me to keep the vehicle for the same price for the duration of my trip. She went out of her way to help me out.

What an EXCELENT rental experience! I arrived at SVA at 11:45PM and the agent was waiting for me, with my key, when I reached the rental car desk. She was kind, accommodating, and very professional. I will went from you all again in the future.
