This location is always clean and tidy; all bays and car wash tunnels functional. Trash bins are also maintained, not overflowing. The improvements to the touch free wash are obvious and well worth the monthly wash pass!

Also worth mentioning is the staff at this location. They offer solutions to any issues or concerns, and they offer sincere, quality customer service! They always have a smile and a wave when I see them.

I recently had a phone interaction with the office manager. She provided excellent customer support during the call. She is fantastic! Prompt, pleasant, and knowledgeable. She also took time to review my account during the call. Updates were made to prevent account deactivation (due to an upcoming credit card expiration date).

Maintaining a well functioning car wash in a high volume area is tough, but this location is doing a good job. They continue to exceed my expectations.

I've been a regular at the car wash in Pooler for quite some time now, and I must say, it's hands down the best one in town. What sets it apart for me is the option for a touchless wash, which gives me peace of mind knowing that my car won't end up with any scratches from debris left behind by larger vehicles. The touchless feature is available 24/7, just like the individual tunnels, making it incredibly convenient for whenever I need a quick wash.

One of the perks of being a member is the complimentary towels and tokens provided for vacuuming my car. This attention to detail is what truly sets this car wash apart from others in the area. In the past, I've had experiences with other car washes like Luvs Car Wash, where I was limited to going through the tunnel once a day. There were instances where I felt the need for a second wash due to poor cleaning quality from the tunnel, but unfortunately, I was denied a rewash because of the daily limit.

This locally owned establishment is easy to get in touch with for any concern. I have had my wash pass for some time now and use it at multiple locations. It's nice to have the guys give it some extra love before driving through the car wash.

Nice and very clean. I did the wash myself. It cost a little over 9 dollars. All the buttons and attachments worked great and my car is now clean!

I use the Lane with no brushes. No contact carwash. Then, I dry her off myself. Great shine!

Great carwash in the heart of Pooler with an array of options, touch free, self service and a full tunnel. The customer service speaks for itself as I have been a customer since it opened. 👍

Quick was for 8 dollars while inside your car. Pay at machine and drive forward a good wash and dry off. Wait for green light to GO upon exist.

Their vacuum cleaners could be better. They just don't seem to be sucking enough every time you go there

We much needed to wash the road grim off our car. Went here so we could do the washing ourselves. Towards the end, one stage of the wash wouldn't kick in. So the manager said to move to the next stall and he'll activate it for us. Still wouldn't work. So he told us to pull through the auto, and it was on the house. Now, at this stage he could of said here I'll refund you a couple dollars. Instead he gave us a complete wash and wax to make this one customer happy and really want to come back again. Which we will.

Just signed up for a membership with 2 vehicles. We tried out all of the car washes in Pooler including Take 5, Savannah Car Wash & Whistle multiple times with multiple vehicles. There are pros and cons to all.
Take 5 we had a membership her for a year. It was the most convenient and has the best dryer however it always seemed to have a problem, no towels or dirty towels, closed early alot, maintenance issues and it did not clean the rear in one of our vehicles that has an odd angle. Therefore we did not renew our membership.
Whistle is the newest but most expensive and I dont see where you get much more for your money. This car wash did not get the section in the rear. Also it did not seem to dry as well. Their vacuums did seem to be the best & we liked the air tool.
Savannah Car Wash was my least favorite. They did not get the rear clean also it did not dry very well, and the vacuum and air tools were not that great.
Car Wash express was ultimately our pick because you can add a 2nd vehicle for $15 extra a month and you can go through the 1 wash tunnel 24/7. This was what sold us with our busy lives & constantly changing work schedules. It is not the best dryer and I do not like the fact that the vacuums arent included and they do not have towels or cleaning solution but the trade off was worth it for us to be able to acess the car wash at any time.

This may not be the newest car wash in town but I would rather go there than anywhere else. The wash does a great job and the employees are dedicated and very hardworking. The staff is always courteous and quick to help if needed. Multiple times they have gone above and beyond, exceeding my expectations! This location has 2 automatic washed, one of which is completely touchless. I now have a wash pass for the second month in a row that can be used at any of their locations! I have used other places previously and will only come here now!

Had a washpass with them for a year and half. Since I was using it almost daily it was definitely a good way to keep my car clean. Would recommend if you Live in the area and want to keep your car clean.

My experience here was far more different than your average visit. It could have been a terrible unfortunate situation for me but it turned around with generosity. I stopped in to get a quick vacuum and ended up locking my keys, my phone, my whole life in the car! Thankfully my door was halfway cracked, enough to pry a wired object through the door. I asked around to other customers, no one could help. It wasn’t until I spotted a representative for assistance. He went to get the manager … in about 6-7mins later the manager was able to get my car unlocked. Saved me a good $100. I wish I remembered the names of the guys who helped but Im sure you know who you are and I’m internally grateful for your extended assistance. It’s great to know that there are GREAT people in this crazy world , who would still go above and beyond to extend a helping hand.

Great place for do it yourself car wash. Or they have two machine options. Touch Free or the brush wash. Great operating hours. There monthly deal is great. You can wash your car every day if you like.

Was covered in a light coat of mud, they hosed everything off before using the hand brushes to prevent scratching the paint, truly appreciated!!!

Always a great car Wash I use the automated one is very seldom away it does a great job it's only 10 bucks much easier than I can do it myself and that is for the full service. Vacuums are updated clean this is a great self-service car wash probably the best in the county.

I’ve been a customer of this business for a long time. They have always had great customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable. The manager (Keegan) there does an excellent job! Hard working and seems to enjoy his job! Also his employees are hard working. Chris helped me with a problem with my sticker pass during a busy time. Working to solve my issue and helping with other vehicles! Love this company and team over other car cleaning services!

I love this place. Very reasonable. Friendly service from friendly people. I purchased the unlimited pass & I truly feel covered because I am an Uber/Lyft driver, I wash my car more than the average person. Everything I need in a car wash is here.
