Reliable Tires Mechanic & Collision Repair

I come here for my tire problems and get my alignments here. I appreciate how these young guys are being trained and know what they're doing and the shop gives me my papers so I can see how badly aligned my car was. And I like they don't charge $$$ for it. I've been coming here for years and will keep coming.

I absolutely would not take my car to another shop. They are amazing all around. The staff is helpful and precise and their work is impeccable. They take care of me every time I come and my car is running like it’s in it’s prime. I have had both collision work and general maintenance done on my car here and I won’t be going anywhere else! Best all around shop in Georgia!

Courteous and expedient service, much more quality service than any of the other major automotive tire companies I have contacted in the past nineteen days previously. All of the other companies try to overcharge me and would set appointments for the tire change one to two weeks out. One Major Tire company tried selling me tires that were discontinued and then called me the day after to let me know that the tires originally had been discontinued but they could easily upgrade me for $15 each tire. It appears to me major corporations have no concern for customer service. I'm going to stick with my local and friendly small business owners.

Went in today for an allignment the tech was kind and did an amazing job it was quick didn't ask 1000 questions they knew what they were talking about and took the time to explain the printout after allignment truck drives better and doesn't sound like the tires are eating the road anymore I am thankful for the service and will make the drive again for future services

Been going there for over 25 years, had a slow leak in one of my tires. I knew the Dad of the business. He has done well maintaining this business with his kids. They are honest, reliable and fast. This is one of those spots you can see before going into work and still be on time. Thanks for all you do!

Had a flat tire with a box cutter blade stuck in it. I thought I would have to buy a new tire. But, they were able to plug the tire for $20. I left a tip for the fellows who did the work. They were both very nice and courteous.

Good people !!! Car was stranded on the road. Came in a decent time frame to get me from the location of the vehicle. Then drove me to the shop after taking off the tire. I was able to pay for the service and have the tire changed. Very quickly , friendly and reliable. I will definitely use them again for their service. Hard to find trust worthy in the car service Industry!! Very happy with the out come !!!!! Good fair prices I called around.

I have nothing negative to say about this shop! Out of all the car shops I have been to, this one is the best by far. All of the staff members were very polite and greeted me as I approached the shop. They offer refreshments while you wait for them to complete whatever service you ask for. They pretty much do everything. Very fast and RELIABLE!! They will not rip you off and will give you the best deal in town. Highly recommended shop. They also do complimentary vacuuming and car wash when you get your car fixed!!!

Love this place! They are exactly what they claim, RELIABLE. I've been here 3 times in 2020 and they never fail me. The owner and employees are exceptional and certainly have my vote in investing in the black community and supporting minority owned companies. I love also love their business strategy. All men on the clock with available hands work together on the most minuscule task such as a tire change. 5 men working on 1 tire change...NOW THAT IS what I call genius business operations. That's how you get it done fast...you're In and out in less than 10 minutes. Love this place, definitely stop by.

Fair pricing, quick service

I have taken both of my vehicles here for tires as well as brake pads and rotor repair. In all my times coming to this place, I have never had a bad experience. The prices are VERY reasonable and the customer service is beyond comparison. I am very and I mean VERY satisfied with the work that they do and would recommend this place to EVERYONE that I know. Keep up the good work!!!

I have been there twice. Once to get a flat tire fixed. Quick and easy. Very nice. the second time I bought four tires. Again I got good service and quality tires for about $100 less than one of the big box auto repair places.

Woke up to a flat on a Monday morning and I didn't have a spare tire. Called Reliable and they sent a guy out to me to with a spare & changed the tire for me. The cost was almost double for the mobile service but the tire was very good quality and the tire tech that came out was extremely courteous and efficient. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I have used Reliable's services for over 20 years and have always been treated courteously and professionally. I have saved money and time when dealing with the staff. I see that the owner's son is caring on his dad's legacy of service. Give them a try.

2 weeks ago I got into a bad car accident and my whole rear end was smashed in. I reached out to a friend and they Refered me to Innocent "The Best Collision Guy in Town" she stated. This guy definitely didn't disappoint. My insurance was on the brink of totaling the car out but somehow Innocent turned my ride from good to awesome! These guys have my business for life!

I was involved in a car accident on 2/24/19 while driving home from my son’s 4th birthday party. The driver of the other vehicle pulled out of an apartment complex onto S. Hairston Rd right in front of my vehicle causing me to Tbone him. The front end (bumper, headlight, etc) of my car was destroyed. I called around and took my car to 1 other body shop before finding Reliable Tires and Collision. The other shop quoted me triple the price than Reliable Tires and Collision, obviously attempting to overcharge me. I was initially skeptical because I wanted my baby (2014 Chevrolet Impala) to be restored without evidence of it being previously wrecked. Well, Innocent and his team did just that! My bumper (front end) looked better than it did when I originally bought it. The paint was smooth and a perfect match and the body work was impeccable. I must admit I was shocked at the outstanding work the guys at Reliable Tires and Collision had performed. Innocent (the owner) was a pleasure to work with and speak to throughout the entire process, keeping me informed about the process the entire length of my car’s stay, which was LESS than a week. Yes, they restored my car’s bumper (paint, bumper replacement, scratch and dent removal) in 4 days! It’s a joy to find people and businesses who NOT ONLY have skills, but have a pleasant, positive attitude as well. I highly recommend this shop for your body work/ repair needs. Their work will speak for itself! I am one beyond satisfied customer!

My car was involved in a hit and run. I brought my car in to Relibale Tires for collision repair. My car looked as good as new, was repaired in a timely manner, and I didn't have to pay my insurance deductible! The technician was very friendly, professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company!!

Very nice people and reasonable prices. Plugged one tire, 2 tires balanced, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Will come again whenever I needed services they offer.
