After going to Aimee I will never be able to return to a more traditional physical therapist. I would call her a wizard, but that doesn't do justice to how smart she is. She is so thorough in her assessments and treatment plans that it speeds up your healing. The real secret weapon is her knowledge of dry needling. I have never been offered dry needling from the number of physical therapist I have seen over the years for a variety of issues. The needling greatly improves mobility and pain as soon as it's over. It's really incredible.

She is so kind and friendly during your appointments that you almost forget she's putting needles into you. Almost. :) She is also very available if you have questions about your at home exercises. I completely forgot how to do one of the exercises and was able to get in touch with her and she found a youtube video detailing how to correctly do the exercise. I cannot recommend Aimee enough.

Dr. Aimee fixed up my chronic hip pain with a combination of custom strengthening and dry needling. My pain wouldn't fade (for a year!) and after trying so many options, my stretch therapist recommended dry needling and specifically Dr. Aimee. After a series of sessions, I'm so so grateful to be pain free and on my way to being stronger too!

Her ability to assess and target the problem areas is exceptional. She shares her professional opinion, asks questions, checks in, walks you through exercises, and finishes sessions with dry needling to truly heal you from the core issue. She taught me a ton about the body, how to move better, and even how to breathe more fully (ask her about it - amazing!).

She's my go-to resource now and I highly recommend Dr. Aimee!

Aimee is amazing! I’ve suffered from chronic back issues related working on my feet. Not only were the dry needle treatments miraculous, Aimee gave me so much insight into the root cause of so much of my physical pain. I now have the confidence to start working out again after years of being afraid of injuring myself. Do yourself a favor and go see her!

I've been seeing Aimee for a nagging shoulder injury, and she was able to me get back in the gym after just a couple of sessions. Aimee's knowledge is evident, she takes the time to listen to her patients, and her hours work with my busy schedule. I highly recommend Aimee at Modern Rehab Solutions!

Aimee is top notch. I had some shin pain that had sidelined me from my running routine. After some dry needling treatment I was pretty much pain free immediately and able to get back on the road. Aimee is intuitive and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Modern Rehab Solutions!

Aimee IS AMAZING! Literally magic worker!
I couldn’t do a push up for 4 months (bc my rhomboid and subscap was SO LOCKED UP and tight) ONE session with her dry needling me, I walked out doing a push-up!! Clearly I went back for more goodness (I would say it took about 4 sessions to get my back feeling completely normal and then I started to target other areas on my body that needed some extra love!) She is patient, nice, makes you feel comfortable and very professional (bc it can be a little intimidating the first time!)
Whether you need extra boost of love for your muscles or serious help because of an injury- Dry needling is a game changer and Dr. Aimee is the best!!!

I first went to Aimee when I was pregnant. As a pregnant CrossFit athlete I didn't know where to start. Aimee's knowledge is relatable. She educated and helped me to come up with a training plan throughout my pregnancy. I'm so happy I worked with her!! I can't imagine where my body would be right now a year postpartum. I could have had issues if I kept working out the way I did while pregnant.

A year postpartum and I feel stronger than ever. My body is starting to feel like my own again. I am extremely grateful that I worked with Aimee and would recommend her to any pregnant and postpartum ladies!

Aimee is a great communicator and walked me through what dry needling really does to the body. She also has a great PT space, in addition to leveraging technology for appointment setting, reminders, and between-session recovery exercises. I highly recommend anyone go see her who is injured or wants to deal with those nagging physical ailments that we think are just part of age.

Dr. Aimee relieved my pain with one treatment! My shoulder muscles were so tight my massage therapist could not even feel the separation between them. Dr Aimee’s technique was superb, and relief was immediate. My pain was totally gone by the next morning. Amazing!

I would rate Dr. Aimee 5 stars! She is very knowledgeable about acupuncture and physical therapy. Before visiting Modern Rehab Solutions, I had severe nerve pain. Within a few appointments, my nerve pain decreased tremendously! If you looking for alternative ways to alleviate pain, check out Modern Rehab Solutions.

I’ve been an athlete for as long as I can remember. However, I never properly stretched or warmed up. After years of poor form, overworking, lack of warmups, and cool down stretching my back finally had it in February 2017. Though I saw the errors of my ways, and was working out with coaching, it happened. I slipped my L5, the disc bulging against my sciatic nerve.

After 3 months of chiropractic care I was back in the gym, and within 6 months I was working out close to normal. Until October 2017, I thought I did it again! Only to learn that due to my initial injury I now have an angry quadratus lumborum. Long story short every 6 months my QL would flare up, leaving me in pain, and out for 2 weeks to only start over, squashing progress made, to getting back to normal, to it happening again.

By 2019 the QL was flaring every 3 months. I saw a physical therapist that specialized in athletes that I couldn’t afford, so I could only attend 2 sessions. My PCP gave me a referral to a physical therapist who was fine, but I needed someone who works with athletes. I would get dry needled and the cycle continues.

Then in February 2020 I started working with Aimee, and we are still working together today. I came in with a flare up, she treated it, she studied my movement, tested my movement, and provided exercises to help build strength in and around that muscle. As things started getting better, the difficulty of the exercises increased. I joke with her constantly that had I known physical therapy would give me abs, a nice butt, and quads I would’ve done this a long time ago.

Aimee understands how the human body moves, and if you’re an athlete she understands how an athlete’s body moves, and what it needs to perform those movements effectively. I didn’t want to continue on this injury and dry needling cycle, so we developed a plan. I’m happy to report that we are currently at the 6 month mark of being injury free. I’m making great progress. I do the exercises she tells me to do, and in return I get to exercise and compete. And most importantly feel good afterwards, not immobilized. And that’s how it should be. Aimee knows her stuff, she’ll push when it’s time to push, her direction is clear and easy to follow, and she’s affordable. I can’t thank her enough.

Dry Needling with e-Stim WORKS! Prior to being recommended to Amiee I had tried everything I could think of, or read about, to solve my back problem. Injections, personal trainers, Acupuncture, supplements and a host of many more remedies. The pain had traveled down my leg to the bottom of my foot and was rendering me unable to function on a daily basis. After just a few sessions with Aimee I was feeling significant relief. Today, after a series of sessions, I have never felt better and am able to successfully manage my condition without all of the many other things I tried. I have more long-term relief and a better outlook on my future. I am a very active person and can't imagine what it would have looked like if I had not discovered her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
