We are extremely pleased with the work that Bruce did as we renovated our bathrooms. Bruce was very conscientious and meticulous about details and extremely knowledgeable regarding the complex plumbing renovation project. My wife and I could not have been more pleased with their work and attitude. We will definitely ask for them again on any plumbing work needed.

Bruce and Roland at Plumb Ready were excellent! Bruce gave me an estimated time for arrival when I called about my unplanned water line repair. He and Roland were able to come earlier than he estimated and had our water line repaired quickly. They even put the grass plug back on top of the repair hole. They were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Plumb Ready in the future.

I had an outside gas leak and Bruce called me about one hour before the scheduled appointment time to let me know they were running ahead of schedule. Bruce asked me if it was OK for them to come early, and I said it was fine with me. Bruce and his apprentice were very polite and professional. Bruce inspected the pipes, gave me a fair price for the work, and then made the repair. I was very pleased with their service and I will definitely be calling Plumb Ready when I need plumbing repairs in the future.

Arrived on time, received text prior to arrival. Work was completed on time at the estimated price. Bruce even asked about a couple of issues he noticed so we were able to clear those up while he was still here instead of having to schedule another visit. Plumb Ready gets my highest recommendation!

Had a water heater that malfunctioned and wanted to get a few estimates before making a decision on who to use. Bruce came right out and gave me a free, no-pressure estimate. Ended up using my wife’s brother-in-law’s business who she happened to remember did plumbing but will DEFINITELY use Bruce and Plumb Ready to install the whole house purifier and softener I got at Lowe’s that’s been sitting in the garage for almost 6 months now.

First, I called Ragsdale they couldn't fix the problem and wanted to overprice me for another option. Next, I called Bruce and he fixed the leaky streaming tub faucet. Plumb Ready is amazing, HIGHLY recommended. Took less than 24 hours from the initial phone call to a finished repair. Replaced some disintegrating cast iron drain pipes and they did an excellent job with everything. Quality was good, price was fair, communication was straightforward, just all around superb work.

Bruce and Ronald was able to come the same day and take care of plumbing issues. Since it was today I don't have a measurement of the job yet, but they did what they said at the quote price. I was caught between a rock and a hard place with a busted pipe, and a limited time to get it fixed. Bruce and everyone at Plumb Ready went above and beyond to get me taken care of during my window of time. I appreciate everything they did for me today.

Called Bruce on a Sunday in a panic. He was here within an hour. Found my basement toilet and rub full of water...didn't know if I had a blocked drain or what. He came in assessed the damage, gave me solutions and helped me locate a business that cleans septic tanks. Price was fair. Would highly recommend and will definitely call again.

Had a problem with a shower valve and was not able to take a bath or shower and I only have one bathroom in my house so I was having to drive sixty miles round trip just to go to my moms to take a shower so my landlord had trouble finding a plumber but was able to get in touch with this gentleman and at first he thought he wouldn’t be able to get out to my house til Friday and it was Tuesday when I talked to him but he finished up with a job earlier than expected today which is Wednesday and was able to come and install the new valve which gave me back the ability to take a shower in my own home he was very respectful and professional and I would definitely use him again and recommend his services to any one who needs a plumber so if your in need of some plumbing help I highly recommend this gentleman!

Plumb Ready Plumbing was absolutely amazing! They were there and ready to work with in 20 minutes of calling them. Bruce and Roland were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. We had a pipe that was was spewing water from the main line underneath our porch. They worked extremely fast to diagnose the issue, informed me of the cost prior to fixing it, then immediately went to work fixing the problem. Bruce is fantastic. He is professional listens to your concerns. Bruce helped me rebuild my bathroom and kitchen after I experienced a house fire.

I called another company one week prior and they were supposed to come out the day after they came back from vacation. Well the day before their return I sent a text asking for confirmation of appt time and date. They said tomorrow and will call back with the time when they are back home. The day of the service I texted requesting time and for two hours I never got a response. When they finally responded they were working on the schedule and it would be tomorrow sometime! Obviously while waiting I decided to request a quote online from Plumb Ready. I wasn't willing to wait much longer, so I call Plumb Ready too. Bruce asked me what I needed addressed. I needed a pressure regulator valve and house main water shutoff replaced. Additionally I wanted the water heater expansion tank mounted properly. He said that he could come by today from 12 to 2pm to take a look. Surprisingly Bruce called around 12 and said he was heading my way! Bruce and Roland listened to my explanation of the issues and the work that I wanted done. They confirmed that the water pressure inside the house was too high. Bruce told me what were my options and gave me a quote on the spot. Told me it would only take a couple of hours for the work upon acceptance. Once the work was done he asked if there any other issues that I knew of that he might be able to help with. I told him that I had a couple of tubs that were slow draining and they cleared them for me at no additional charge! They must have been here for a at least another 45 minutes total for that. I really appreciated it, especially after he removed a hairball out of one drain! I was pleased that Bruce was responsive and communicated what he was going to do, without me having to chase after him. I was even happier that he was able to get the work done quickly and get those tasks off of my list! They definitely deserve their 5 star rating! If I need plumbing work done, I KNOW WHO TO CALL, PLUMB READY!

Called Plumb Ready on Monday for water heater repair and Bruce got me scheduled for the next day. Actually arrived a few minutes earlier than promised. Bruce was very friendly and professional. After checking water heater Bruce explained everything going on with the water heater and told me of several options for repairing. I felt Bruce was very honest about what repairs were needed and why they were needed. Would highly recommend Plumb Ready for any plumbing issues you might have.
