I rarely give a 5 star but I will say that Uniform BundleMart and Uncle Al deserves it. I was a last minute shopper, I was able to get a same day appointment and get my order in. A lot of the items needed to be embroidered and he was able to get me the majority of my order with some shirts embroidered in house. We are waiting on the other items to get in but the Customer Service was great. I've been to another place that had a great quantity of items but the customer service was not as good as here. Appointments are needed but having someone take their time with you while you go through the process of your child trying on clothes is a whole lot better than having 5-10 different people in the room with you and rushing. It gives your child comfortability, this is my 2nd time using them and both experiences have been Awesome.

I must say this was a great experience buying/ordering from Uncle Al. I love his bundle deals. I hate I did not come sooner. He was professional and talked us through the process. It did not talk a long time to get fitted and to order was done within 30 minutes. I have recommended him to friends for their scholar. We will be ordering future school needs from him going forward.

My daughter is a rising freshman at Arabia Mountain High School. She has worn uniforms prior but this was our first purchase here. Our experience was above excellent Uncle AL sized her with one look lol! The professionalism and humor was greatly appreciated since High school is a big step. He offered sound advise about the uniforms and I gave him advise about a journey ( the braces) he just started. I try to seek out a black owned business as often as I can so Uncle AL keep up the great work you do! The Smith Family.

Service was really great and I'm glad this new spot has more room. There are not enough stars-you need to experience great customer service at LEAST once on Memorial Drive so come here. Truly rare gem & EVERYONE needs to support this great business👑📣📢..including me-this review is overdue. Seems like everytime I pick up an order, he goes above & beyond for customers-this last time when he closed, we were walking out to parking lot & thiiiis time, he had a customer who worked late & he decided to stay until she arrived. That is beyond good customer service; that's a grateful spirit who works with clothes!

Great customer service! As a parent I appreciate his system of only giving you the order unless you have your order number. Then on top of that he gave us a free PE set! Will be back next year!

Excellent Customer Service Alert!

In these days, I can say, good customer service is hard to get or find!

BUT, today, I experienced EXCELLENT customer service! Not only did I receive a call to let me know that my daughter’s uniform order was ready before the due date, because I was not able to pick my order up, Uncle Al personally delivered it to my husband’s barbershop so we can have it by Monday. And did I mention it was after business hours??!!

What a nice experience!

I needed some last minute items for my son's school uniform and I ordered them knowing that it would be a stretch to get them back in time. Some of my stuff was in stock, but most is still en-route from the manufacturer. Al let me pick up the available pieces so my boy can start school with (most) of his uniform. He was extremely personable and gave my kid an impromptu fitting just to be sure everything we ordered would fit perfectly. Since I was ordering online, I had been concerned about this.

Overall he was very helpful, knowledgeable about his products and had great vibes. We will be ordering there in the future. I love to see black owned businesses thriving!

Had the best experience with Uniform Bundle Mart. I made a few purchases and in all my encounters the customer service was excellent. They even allowed me to exchange an item even though it was my error. I was fully aware of their policy and was willing to accept the responsibility for my mistake. However, allowed me to make the exchange. Everyone that served me was pleasant and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone in need of school uniforms. It's easy online ordering, pick up, and they are well organized.

Always have a great experience if they can get it they will and in a timely manner. My children go to champion middle school. They had everything and it was a one stop shop.

I love this uniform store. I have 4 children that wear his uniforms. Quality material that last and I receive my orders in a timely fashion. Unk has been more than a help to me and my family with prices. I am a single parent and have been shopping with him for the last past 2 years!! I love this store and the employees at this store, especially uncle AL. I really felt like I was among my family. We came in to the store to purchase uniforms and I was thinking i was about to spend a lot of money for what I came for but here it was very reasonable when I bought in the bundle. I had already spent hundreds of dollars at another store and got mad at myself cause when I got here I saw that I could have saved. Forget the rest of the uniform stores for my kids school I am going here for now on and I know I will be happy and will not go broke and I will feel comfortable like I was among family.
