Pete's Pizza

We always enjoy eating here. Great food and accommodating staff for dine in. You get a lot of food for the price for the kids meals.

Overall, I recommend coming here for a nice meal whether you just don't want to cook or you're just a traveler who's passing through town. I started as a customer here years ago as kid, then after a long time of being a customer I had decided to work here for a while. Enjoyed working here but have since moved on to bigger and better work so I'm now back to being a regular customer when I do visit. Food is almost always good and I used to go quite often when I had time to, but don't get the chance to visit as often anymore as a customer. Regardless though I've always had great service here from the customer standpoint with good managers who always worked hard to keep happy customers. Prior to working here I went so often that they would generally recognize me by name/face and would get a fresh pizza going right away for me so I wouldn't have to wait long for more on the buffet. The employees are often polite and professional (even the ones I no longer know that are newer employees) and get fresh food out upon request if it isn't on the buffet already knowing they'll need to put more out anyway. Buffet price can be a little high on certain days sometimes, but it's still pretty reasonable when the food is kept hot and fresh. From a customer standpoint the only thing that could make the current prices better would be if the fountain pop was included with the buffet. Otherwise though I always enjoy grabbing a bite to eat here as well as joking/talking with some of the employees. It's also great when I often see one or both of the owners here working hard right beside their employees! The professionalism is great as well as even after I had quit working here I can still walk right in and get greeted by name with a smile and no hard feelings or awkwardness! That's the best part now when I still go here. Thanks guys for always getting me a great meal whenever I swing in for some lunch/dinner!

I make sure to get food from this place each time I am in New Richmond! Their buffet is great. Super selection of soups and salads, fried chicken, fish, desserts and you can't forget the pizza!!! Ordered takeout to the hotel room one night. It arrived quick, arrived hot and the food quality was once again superb. If you ever drive through New Richmond make sure you don't miss this bargain!

I just ordered from Pete's less than 2 weeks ago. I highly commend Brian for his friendliness and his excellent service, both over the phone and upon delivering my order. It's been awhile since I've ordered from Pete's, yet Brian remembered me right away. His courteous and friendly communication made me feel very valued as a customer even though it's been a long time. Brian deserves the highest praise for his outstanding customer service !

A five star for my love of their pizza and fried chicken. Ok, it's not a fancy joint, and some would even call it outdated. I'll call it quaint. But it's got a great buffet, the pizza is solid, and there are a ton of discounts. My kids love it and we eat buffet or take out several times a month. Overall, no frills and good food for a fair price.

Although we had not frequented Pete's for some time, the buffet was great.
As always, staff was wonderful, providing excellent customer service.
Offering a special touch of being able to request specific pizzas on the buffet while there. Recommended for families, especially with children.

Great place, their buffet has something for everyone. The pizza is delicious and they have a wide variety of flavors. The buffet has been great whenever we have gone and my daughter loves the selection of desserts!

Pizza rocks! Pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms with ranch instead of red sauce! Try it!

I have loved Pete's since I was little. Their buffet is a little on the spendy side but it is all you can eat and they will put anything out that you want. If they dont have a veggie pizza out there for you they will put it out there. They are also very generous and their waiters are very good. I will continue to go there when I am in town!

Had buffet good selection with daily changes

Been serving great pizza to New Richmond for 40 years. Gone down a bit over the last couple years, might have something to do with the Now Hiring sign out front. Looks like they just need help to get back to where they need to be!

It's a shame they had to close the buffet but the pizza and the rest of their food is actually better than Domino's even. Very nice people working there and customer service.

We are from Michigan and wanted something quick and easy after playing agility with the dogs. The deep dish pizza was great and the potato skins to die for!! I would definitely recommend this place to travelers!!!

Pete's is always great. The variety is more than expected and the help is always friendly. My husband likes the soups and I especially like the cherry dessert pizza. Highly recommend.

Love Pete's.always nice people that work here. It's like you are very much wanted here. They appreciate your business...it's different because it seems like everywhere else ...your just a hassle. I really like Pete's and I am so glad they are so conveniently located almost in my backyard 😀

Always great! The American Buffet is my favorite...but really it is all good.

We got the Eight piece chicken dinner tonight and it was the best I've had in a long time. It beats anywhere from here to Hudson for sure. I know this is where I'll be getting chicken dinners from this point on. Coleslaw is spot on as well as the Gravy. Thank you.

Picked up a pizza for home and it was made to perfection.
Also tried their cheesey bread with marinara sauce, super tasty.

Cannot go wrong with the pizza, and the appetizers are fantastic. Always helped by friendly people

I'm kinda biased as my folks own the place. The pizza is the best in town. They use the same recipe from Fylod in the 1970's.
