I went here to try the ‘full English breakfast’ as a Brit living in the south, I miss these home comforts, so of course we had to try it. The food is all either imported or made in house, the black pudding was made to perfection, the portion size was huge, all delicious and true to a British fry up! Topped off with imported British sweets, a great cup of tea, and some irn-bru. Absolutely fantastic!

I've loved Pie Society for years, and the new location doesn't disappoint! Everything I've gotten has always been great. But my personal favorite is and will always be the steak and kidney pie.

We stopped by Pie Society on a Wednesday afternoon before dropping off family members at the nearby airport in Savannah. Three of us ordered different kinds of pot pie. Mine was chicken thyme. I found it to be hot, tasty, and filling. It contained a generous portion of chicken breast in a brown gravy. The taste of thyme was present but not overwhelming. The filling was contained in a buttery double crust baked to a golden brown. I quite liked it.

The restaurant is unpretentious. The pies of the day are prominently displayed in glass cases, one housing cold pies to purchase and heat at home and the other case containing hot pies to consume on the premises. Several high tables with stools stand against the wall opposite the counter for customer use. Besides several varieties of pies, Pie Society also serves quiche and fish and chips as well as pastry items for dessert. Bottled beverages are also available.

When looking for a quick bite of England cuisine, Pie Society fits the bill.

I visited the Original Pooler location a few years back and was delighted to try the new bakery location. I had the chicken pot pie - super fresh, with a flaky buttery crust, nice amount of chicken and vegetables inside surrounded by a delicious savory gravy. The crust held it all together up to the last bites- so impressive. I also had the millionaire dessert which was so decadent and satisfying. The drink, purchased from their amazing English grocery was also delicious. Service is spot on and friendly. Can’t wait to try them again.

I've been going to pie society on and off for about a year and a half. Not all their pies are made equal, but they're all at the very least good. I can say the Banoffee pie is one of my favorites, it's decadently sweet and dynamicly flavorful. I also love their pot pies, there crusts are soooo thick and savory. The meat chunks are large and juicy. And although I wish the gravy in their pies were thicker, they still have a great flavor.

Overall, they don't make the best pies i've ever had, but they do make the best pies I've ever bought.

I'm really surprised to find this British styled bar along 80 nestled in a strip mall. I have been wanting more locally owned establishments in the Westside for the longest time. Highly suggest the huge Big British Platter for the app. Pretty perfect mix of flavors. The Fish and Chips were spot on. Huge portions and cooked just right. The homemade sauces were great, especially the curry ketsup and beef gravy. We loved the ship theme, and our service was great.
The only hit I'd give would be the Cotrage Pie. Tasy, but too soupy. Still, the crisp cheddar on the potatoes made for a tasty bite.
Well done, and cheers

Been going here off and on over the past 5+ years!
Pie Society is an awesome place to drop in to get a freshly baked savory or sweet pie!
Their chicken pot pie and vegetable pie are packed with delicious gravy and flavor.
Their apple pie is delicious and probably the best I’ve ever had.
Great tea options and the service is exceptional.
They even provide cooking instructions for baked goods if you take them to-go / takeout.

Literally the best fish and chips I’ve ever had! I had mine with curry and my husband got his beef gravy with a Guinness. The desserts are wonderful as well. The Bakewell tart is my new favorite, absolute cherry-almond goodness!! Every time I come, I try to get something new but it’s hard to get away from those fish and chips!!

DELICIOUS steak and ale pot pie! Literally like my Mom would make! Will definitely try again but heading back for the fish n chips. Hopefully they'll add tea and crumpets to the menu! 😉
11/6/22 Family and I went back for the fish 🐟 & chips 🍟. They were SO good!!! We'll be back here frequently.

Great pies! Variety of choices, including a veggie. Little shop for additional English items.

I have never had meat pies like these before so this was a first. I don't have a lot to compare this place to but I liked it.

The desert pies were great and the service was very good. It was a nice stop a long the way to our destination and the coffee was refreshing.

The building is clean and they have lots of options. My only regret is that I couldn't try everything in a single visit!

An absolute favorite of mine. I try to stop here whenever I drive through the area which is about 6 times a year. I was told that if I know something I will want fresh when I'm coming through to call them ahead and they will make sure they have it! The gentleman who operates this location is friendly and accommodating. If you love meat pies and English fair definitely stop there. You won't be disappointed. Call ahead if you want something fried like fish and chips and they will make sure the oil is hot and ready. 10 stars!

Stopped by their food truck in Windsor Forest. The chicken pot pie and steak and ale pie were fantastic, hot, a welcome treat for a chilly night. They had just sold out of their special pie of the month, hopefully I'll be able to try the bratwurst and cheese soon. The chocolate silk pie is delicious, but maybe more fudgy than airy. Will return.

I haven’t actually been in a while, some of the pies changed a little and put me off but I do love this place. My favorite are the desserts, the cottage pie and all of the steak pies. Most of the pastys are pretty amazing as well, I highly recommend the sausage and pork rolls 🙌🏼

Today I was able to visit PIE SOCIETY at their NEW location in Pooler next to SPANKY 's on Hwy 80. The PROPER Fish & Chips To Go was AMAZING! I tried the Curry Sauce as the side (Mushy Peas weren't available today) & I really liked it! LOTS of savory flavor without the "heat". I was also able to pick up my favorite Tea & Cream Crackers from their Grocery side. I also picked up a mini Custard Tart. I'm a South GA girl and this reminds me of Egg Custard Pies from my childhood. But this is the first time that I have had one with a proper, hand made British pastry crust/pie shell. They are opening up a Pub next door to the Pie Shop.

This place is one of our favorites, we are pretty much regulars here, the victoria sponge cake is the bomb, and their coconut cream pie, the chicken curry pie and the chicken thyme pie both are awesome, as well as they have few vegetarian options as well which are the veggie pot pie and the spinach, tomato pie. They are quite busy during lunch hours so get in time so that you can find the pies of your choice or they are pretty much sold out. The shortbread are also great and they have different flavors on them as well , they carry a bunch of products imported from UK, so can buy few if your favorites there like ribena, jaffa cakes and our all time favorite walker's prawn cocktail chips!! All in all definitely a place to try for both sweet and savory!

Excellent pies. Sold out of fish n chips n sausage rolls but still excellent pies and they have more goodies since I last went. Bought British candy, honey n custard n ribena cordials. Love it. Excellent customer service she even played with my 13 month baby. Definitely recommend as usual

We found this place when we made a wrong turn and entered the wrong shopping center. But, boy what a surprise. I had the BEST spinach and feta cheese quiche I have ever tasted and my husband had the ham and cheese one. They were fresh and tasty. Their Pot Pies looked so amazing we ended up taking a large Chicken Pot Pie for dinner. Four adults ate from the pie and we had left over.
The crust was thick and crispy and the pie filling had large white chicken meat and fresh vegetables.
We will return next time we are in the area.

Best chicken pot pie of my life, and I got to take it home and make it for dinner. So good. Cool little British import snacks and drinks too
