Friendly efficient reception and check in. Clean rooms and bath towels. comfortable bed and the best lighting I have come across in a hotel room in my many years of travelling.
Clean, spacious.
K cup coffee maker and best coffee was in the lobby.

I was driving home from Florida. The desk person was very friendly and the room were ultra clean and better than what I expected. I actually was very surprised how good it was and usually don't take the time to fill out these questionsires

Great experience, service, clean! I always stay here on business but it is also a great place for vacation. The front desk people are exceptionally friendly and helpful!

My husband and I would like to say a BIG thank you to Don, the evening mng who provided us with above and beyond service. I had made a mistake by using an on line booking company at the wrong location and was refused total reimbursement. He shared his knowledge on how we can attempt to correct this situation. He made sure that we were happy with our stay at this hotel. He also shared that there are new owners who are planning on updating/remodeling and correcting many of the problems that people have noted in other reviews. It's a great location right off Rt 95 and choice of restaurants. I hope people will give this Quality Inn another chance and I know we will gladly be recommending it to our family and friends!!

We've been staying here the past few years about twice a year. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The pool area is clean and the kids enjoyed it. We had planned to leave Wednesday but we decided to stay an extra day or two. The location is great and close to shopping and dining one exit away.We like staying in the pooler area and we drive to Tybee Beach daily. We will definitely visit again.

Colby at the front desk was such an amazing person he answered every question i had and and made the process so easy for me and was an overall great employee

Stayed here a few different times for long periods for work and have never had a problem. I usually get the same room when available and have always been satisfied!!!

The staff was very nice and quick to help with any issues. Room was clean and comfortable, as well as the lobby. Angela Martinez was the best when we checked in and out. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed one night on our way home and room was in good shape clean and bed comfortable. Did not like 100 dollar deposit for incidentals. Rooms had no clocks but otherwise okay. Breakfast was unimpressive, we went next door to Cracker Barrel.

Clean room but had a musty odor. Bed was clean and comfortable. The shower/tub had been repainted and was peeling. The bottom of the tub felt like it was going to fall through. Ebony at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay,
Had a little problem checking in, our online reservation didn't show up on their system. Had to call Choice to see what the problem was & why our online reservation hadn't showed up.
With the help of the front desk clerk Jasmine she did a great job of trying to get things worked out.. Thank you Jasmine for helping get our online reservation cancelled. And especially getting us in a room where I requested. Plus, getting us a better rate than the online rate. Other than that everything was fine. Keep up the great customer service Jasmine. Its hard to find great help like you.

Only thing I can say is amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was almost non existent but we just walked across the parking lot to Cracker Barrel. Will stay here again

I am glad that I chose here. First of all hotel seems super duper clean. Not sure if they recently renevated or something, in anycase one of the best motels I ever lived. At to all that my check in was so smooth and the front desk employee was so detailed and very appealing that I am just in heaven after a smooth check-in. Awesome customer service. I appreciate it because inspite of working in a night shift she was very welcoming. All in all I would say hands down this is the best motel.

Rooms were very nice, exceptionally clean, free wifi, many satellite channels, workout room, outside pool is very nice. Hot breakfast was clean, delicious and "Eboni" was so accommodating, sweet & professional. Keeping this location saved in my file for future returns!

Just want to give shout out to Abonne for friendly customer service. We checked in our King Suite that was really nice and clean, however; our a.c didn't work but she was quick to get maintenance there and had it changed out within the hour. Our check out experience wasn't good at all. I stood at the counter looking for a front desk clerk, finally Emille walked up with an attitude, I told her our rm # 3 times and had to ask for a receipt, she had a call from someone and told them you'll have to call back I can't take care of 2 guest at one time, they apparently said they could hold because she said No you will call back! Maybe if she would get rid of those ear buds and pay more attention to guest the check out experience would have been better.

Love this hotel. I stay here every time I am in town for business. The staff are always friendly. I have never been in a room with any cleanliness problems and when there are any other issue it is handled very quickly and in a friendly manner.

Neefehya was so awesome. This was our first time visiting Savannah and I must say my husband and my family was so pleased. She was very informative in telling us the great places to enjoy and although that was not part of her job she had no problem assisting us. We were so humbled to have meet her at check in. For her wonderful hospitality if we ever come back to Savannah this will be where we will stay. Thanks for making our stay a great one.

Right next to a Taco Bell and a Cracker Barrell. Wonderfully helpful staff. Also rooms are perfectly hospitable and comfortable. Only issue is the TVs only offer low-def analog channels, but this isn't so important. Would stay here again.

You get what you pay for, and maybe more. This was a very affordable hotel which comfortably houses two teenagers and two parents in a room, provided great breakfast every morning, and provided a great outdoor swimming area. It is also within close walking distance to an Air Force museum and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome service. Angela is among the best of the hotel desk people I have encountered. Undergoing some renovation. Need to fix internet issues. Been out several days
