Beauty exchange on Memorial Drive have great deals and their regular prices are way better than the others nearby. Kia that works there have an awesome attitude as well as great customer service skills. Y’all should have more cashiers like her.

Omg! I LOVE THIS STORE! I had the best experience at this location. They have the most professional people. It's a young lady by the name of Keya who helped me and she has the best energy ever. She went over and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I needed, she took her time(b/c I'm very picky) and she gave me some great pointers on hair products. Please go check out this location and make sure to look for Keya.

I just want to first say that i can appreciate great customer service. Ms Takeya in the wig section is phenomenal. This girl can sell a wig so good she almost sold me out the hair i already had in my hair. Lol. But she’s awesome. Very professional, great sales pitch and will go into great details about any product she’s selling. I have visited this store many times and my encounter with takeya was by far the greatest. The section is nice and neat when she’s there. She’s more of a leader and i can see leadership position in her near future and she’s the go to person for that store. 10 stars

Me and My friend came to find a wig & immediately this super helpful and sweet lady named kia started helping us . She gave us time to look around and try on wigs she didn’t rush us nor did she get irritated after we asked to try 1000 wigs lol she even signed us up for rewards and coupons! If you ever new help finding the wig for you come see kia 🤍

I ABSOLUTELY Love the Memorial Drive Store! I live about 35 mins from the store. But, it is well worth the drive!! They have great specials weekly! Everyone in the store is Amazing!! Very Professional and Helpful!!

I love going to this store to get all my hair supply needs. The people that work their are nice and so is the management. They always have great sales on their hair and wigs and they are very affordable. I also love their variety they have a lot of options for you to choose from. I like that the staff is very helpful and will assist you to find exactly what you need whether it be a wig, weave, or hair gel. The customer service is amazing . This is my favorite beauty supply store.

It's a small size store in my neighborhood area. I will go to that one when I want to remain in my area. They have great item's just as the bigger store. What I liked ... I had been shopping. I asked the owner did I need to leave my bag up front with him. He said no, go on. I enjoy that treatment. I felt comfortable.

I always come in here and I love it! Even tho some of them don’t look like they want to be there they still try their best to give great costumer service!! I however think the manager is a bit young Lol (she does a great job) she also helps me whenever I come in but she just needs to smile a bit more. 😊
