From the first time I walked into the office to inquire about applying for an apartment I felt welcomed. Brandon greeted me and answered all of my questions with a clear understanding about what I wanted. He also helped us through the process of applying and kept us informed about the process of getting approval from the company. Once approved he insured that we received the apartment that was satisfactory for us……..

The Park at Greatstone was one of the best communities I lived in. I recently moved due to purchasing a new home however the staff especially Demea the Manager, made my stay welcoming and wonderful. Their sense of care and attentiveness to all my needs made it easy to stay here. Don’t second guess your move.

Gregory was absolutely fantastic from the moment I walked in, showcasing the property. He provided me with comprehensive information about all the community events, and I am truly excited about the prospect of moving here.

I was in the middle of a really painful moving process. I walked into the Park at Greatstone and everything moved painlessly and quick. Demea and Brandon made it happen! I was able to get into my new space with ease and I feel at home here. It is quiet, comfortable, and I feel safe here.

My requests for situations both minor or more meaningful, have been met with complete, satisfactory, and complimentary expertise. The person who should be credited with my satisfaction is Ms. DEMEA LAW. Her help has been noteworthy and worthy of high compliment. Because of her professionalism and presence of mind, I have decided to continue my stay at Greatstone.

I stop by today to check on my application… Assistant Manager Brandon and Maintenance Supervisor Franklin was so attentive and answered all my questions. Brandon was very professional and showed me around the property. He also assured me that I would be safe living here as a single woman. Can’t wait to start my new journey as a “Greatstonians!”

I have been in my unit for about a week and upon moving in a experience a few minor issues. i spoke with Kenneth and he was wonderful with resolving my issues. my apartment is lovely i have know complaints. i made a wise decision moving into this complex. all i want to say is thanks Kenneth for resolving my issues.

The Office Team was GREAT! It was a smooth and painless transaction. Approval process was direct and detail. The apartment grounds are nice and well kept. Communication has been awesome so far.

Diana was very informative about the property. Customer service was amazing and the property was nice& clean.

I really love the property and how clean it is. Well kept and in order. Kenneth was professional and nice. He was able to walk me through the whole application process and was able to answer all of my questions. I very am excited to become a new resident.

I called a few days ago in regards to available units. The leasing agent I spoke with - Kenneth, was helpful and knowledgeable. He made the process pretty easy for me. It’s the simple things that goes a long way. I truly appreciated his customer service.

I was a little hesitant about applying for a 1 bedroom in the community due to me downsizing however after touring the model apartment along with the amenities and the leasing specialist Kenneth ensuring me I was making a great decision, I was confident moving forward. Kenneth listened to me and made me feel comfortable. Cant wait to get my keys :)!

I'm going to miss living at the park at great stone. I've been living there for 9 years unfortunately I'm moving into a House. But I would like to say thank you to such a wonderful staff. The staff has been always friendly and willing to assist me. I never had any problems the community is safe and great neighbors. I want to say thank you to Demea and Brandon and Kenneth for such great customer service and being there for me making me feel at home through my years at the great stone. Also I don't want to forget the maintenance crew Frank Ashely and Robert. What

I worked with Kenneth in my lease process. Kenneth is very knowledgeable of the apartments and the nearby areas. He is also very kind and professional. I have visited leasing offices that made me feel as if I am not important but you will be treated very well when you visit the Park at Greatstone.

I am giving a pre-review. When I walked in the door, the first person to greet me was Kenneth; his customer service is excellent!!! He has helped me in every way possible
through the process of applying to Greatstone. These apts, I have passed by the 16 years I've lived in the area, has some of the things I'm looking for, as in location, landscape, type of one bedroom I'm looking for, among other things. I have not moved in yet, but, if approved, I will give a post-review.

Kenneth has been amazing! For most people, the moving process can be overwhelming and stressful, but I am very grateful for Kenneth he has made my moving experience a breeze. Thank you so very much.
