Papaya Thai Cuisine and Sushi Bar

Came here for lunch today with some coworkers. Great service, restroom was clean, and great atmosphere! It was a little pricey, but worth it! First time I've tried duck and it did not disappoint! It was soooooo delicious! 🤤

It’s one of my favorite restaurants in Pooler. We had shrimp pad kee mao, pork chop, papaya salad and Thai iced coffee. They all came in fresh. Their chilly sauce was spicy and a little salty it was really good though. It made me put it on every dish we ordered. I will visit again

This was my first time having Thai food and it was amazing. I loved the sushi and the wine wasn’t bad either! And the restaurant decor was adorable as well!

The food and service at Papaya is always top notch. I love the quaint ambiance in this establishment. It feels like fine dining without the high cost, and not too far from home. The Pad Thai Chicken and the Ahi Tuna salad are two of my favorite dishes. The sushi is always delish and fresh!

First time here and it will definitely not be our last. The T-Rex roll and Philly roll were very fresh and had a great flavor. The drunken noodles and sweet basil Thia were on point as well.

This establishment was recommended to me as a really good place to get sushi. So dropped in for a Sunday lunch.

I started with some Miso Soup which was very flavorful. Then went with a Sashimi Platter for the entree. They allowed me to do a substitution from the variety on the menu. The fish was so tender and literally melted in the mouth.

My daughter had a Sashimi appetizer followed by two sushi rolls. All was delicious.

Well worth visiting for a very reasonably priced lunch.

Beautiful restaurant. We got there just before the rush thankfully for dinner! Phenomenal food! Sushi, curry, appetizers, duck, was all amazing! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing each and every time we come through. From the check in to the bar to the food. Everything is fantastic. The servers and bartender are very attentive and the drinks are excellently made. Service is also quick despite not having a lot of employees.

The food comes out piping hot every time and the presentation is excellent! The portions are just enough and never too much. The food is delicious and always tastes fresh. The servers and bartenders are extremely friendly as well. Overall, we make a note to come here at least once a month just because the bartender is awesome.

Amazing food. Good service. Nice decorum. There is a good variety of Thai food available along with sushi options. The drinks are great and presented well. The yellow curry was spot on in flavor and presentation, although I would have like the option of sticky rice with it. The rolls were delicious and freshly made. The prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend trying out.

Always great food and atmosphere. Wait staff always have great tableside manners. The lambchops, salmon and thia porkchop is tender yet flavorful. Also must try the fish filet. It tender yet a little crispy. Never HD a bad meal here. Would give 100 stars if I could.

Great Thai find. Very friendly and efficient servers. Very good menu selections. The Sweet Basil Mixed Vegetables with Chicken and the Tom Yum with Fried Tofu is awesome. Big servings for leftovers. Nice ambiance and Covid clean.

Very nice ambiance. Pho… very nice taste but i missed that long simmer beef bone broth taste. No added tendons, beef balls, bean sprouts, Thai basil, jalapeños. Very good though. Papaya… is the best I’ve tasted at a restaurant but still not as good as moms.
Summer rolls were good but needed mint.
All the food was very good. Left feeling happy and full.

Amazing experience. Did not expect that from a strip mall. This beats many fine Thai dining establishments I have partaken of. Prime Fillet Red Curry was lights out.

Been here a few times. Food always comes out perfectly delicious. Sushi seems to be cut tiny. Overall a nice place

Service was phenomenal. We had our appetizers within 10 minutes after ordering, and the food quality was excellent. I had the Pad Thai, and my wife had the Duck Curry. Highly recommend both dishes. This is now our to go Thai place in Pooler.

We ordered the papaya sampler(appetizers), soup, pad Thai, chicken teriyaki, and 6 rolls. Everything was stunning and bursting with fresh flavor! Everything is made in house down to the sauces and you can definitely tell. Service was great also. Very clean, quiet little place. The variety of spice levels and protein options were also very nice. Definitely a place we will come back to!

The noodles, the flavors, the decor, the experience. All 5 star. The duck......you must try the duck. Will be back and will recommend to everyone.

Sooo Good ! The food here is excellent. We had the Duck & Pad WoonSen & it has to be the best we ever had. Highly recommend Papaya Thai !
