I’m a new tenant and so far I’ve loved my experience here. Victoria was so helpful with me navigating some special circumstances I had in the application process and made it as stress free for me as possible. The whole office staff has been great with communication and super friendly. Maintenance issues were also promptly addressed. Out of the negative reviews I saw, I didn’t find any of those things to be issues. The grounds are well kept, my son and I walk the dog walk every morning just because we think it’s pretty and never stepped in a “land mine”. There is a parking issue here but it’s not that big of a deal as there’s always something if you don’t mind walking. The neighborhood isn’t very big but renting a garage is also an option. It’s a quiet complex overall and it’s tucked away in some nature so you have access to pretty much every store you can think of but don’t feel like you’re in a busy area. Yes, rent now is way more than it used to be but they keep the prices pretty reasonable considering the market right now. I absolutely love it here and so does my kiddo.

The only reason I gave it 5 stars was because I couldn’t give it 6! I have lived all over Florida in various apartments and let me tell you this is my favorite one so far. It’s quiet, clean, and tucked away from busy city life while still being close to shops and restaurants. Best part of this place by far is the office staff though, Emily and Victoria are absolutely delighted and make me feel heard and welcome. You won’t be disappointed here like you would be from a place like the groves in port Orange 10/10 DON’T recommend.

I’ve called Integra Landings home for the last 10 years. After looking at a few apartments in Deland and Orange City, this complex was the only one that I felt the safest living in. There is no pet weight restrictions and they allow most large breed dogs. The community is quiet overall with some loud music playing during the day but never late into the evening. The office staff are very friendly, welcoming, and have helped solve any problems that I may have had over the years. The rent is comparable to other complexes in the surrounding areas. Parking can get a bit full as the night goes on but I’m always able to find a spot. People will park against the curbs and in fire lanes but I think a lot of it is out of not wanting to walk far.

This was my first home with my husband and it was a wonderful experience. We had amazing (quiet) neighbors. We were always helped by the office and maintenance staff quickly and efficiently. I will recommend this place to anytime looking to move into the area.

Great place to live, very quiet and chill. There is a nice path to walk your dog if you looking to get out a bit. Reasonable pricing as well

This is our first apartment, and the staff has made us feel very welcome. It is very well kept & cleaned. It’s quiet, and its nice to have a pool!! What we like most about it is it being off the main road but you are close to shopping and dining.

Every apartment has its pros and cons. Yes some things could be corrected to make it even better. We do have noisy upstairs so its hard adjusting when moving from a house.

Overall we like it, we enjoy it and we hope that we get to stay there another year, depending on rent prices!!

We’ve searched other apartment complex when we first arrived here in Orange city and we are glad we settled here. Price is reasonable enough, even cheaper than the others. We love the nature vibe. We haven’t had any issues so far, the room is good, the pool is great! Parking isnt a problem for us. Overall, this is a great place to live in!! Highly recommended.

Moved here 7 years ago and love the area an the staff. Convenient to several stores and 30 minutes to the beach. Love my patio view too.

Integra landings has been the first apartment complex that I’ve truly felt has a community. My boyfriend, dog, and I have lived here for a little over a month and multiple residents as well as the office staff have been exceedingly friendly and welcoming.

About the apartment:
During our tour, Maricelis went out of her way to allow my boyfriend and I to view multiple apartments and ask tons of questions to ensure we would feel at home. When telling her our must haves, Maricelis also went through each floor plan to ensure the apartment we picked would be “the one”. The application process and move in were both very organized and allowed for a stress free move in. Tori has been extremely helpful with my random pop-ins when I have questions and has always had a positive attitude and willingness to help. The resident portal is very convenient for paying rent and putting in maintenance requests.

I was slightly worried about parking when reading previous reviews regarding this issue, but I have been able to find parking in a designated spot every night this far,(this includes when coming home at around 2am on late work nights). I do see people who park in the road still but finding parking for my partner and I has never been an issue.

The only issues my boyfriend and I have had with this apartment is
1.) The lack of pet owners cleaning up after their dog messes. The apartment provides multiple doggy bags and waste bins throughout the complex, so this is of no fault to them. However, there seems to always be dog wast on our walks that has not been cleaned up. This includes in the dog park in the complex that has a dog waste bin and baggies provided.
2.) The apartment gym is small (a max of 10 people to not feel overcrowded is my best guess) and the weight training equipment is slightly outdated. If you have a gym membership and are willing to transfer is to a closer location, this may be a better bet if you are a machine user (such as myself). If you can suffice with dumbbells and cardio equipment, this gym is just fine.

All in all, this complex is very friendly, out of the hustle and bustle of big city’s while still being convenient to shopping, dining, and recreational activities. The maintenance and front office staff is friendly and always willing to help and solve issues. Rent is reasonable for Florida living as well. I would highly recommend this complex to anyway looking in the Orange City/Volusia County area.

The apartment complex is very well kept and groomed, I LOVE the safety of the gated community and the garage attached to my bottom floor apartment! The staff has been nothing but s SPECTACULAR from start to finish, they ALL have gone above and beyond for me while I have lived here. A special thanks to Sally (you’re a blessing!), Carla, and Jenna. What excellent service to your tenants!!! The maintenance staff is also outstanding and have always been prompt, polite, and friendly. I cannot give them a high enough rating! Thank you ALL! I’ve lived at numerous apartments in my life and this place is top notch!!!

Just moved in and we are so happy here ! The apartment has a lot of cabinet space it’s very clean almost like new! There’s not much parking space here but I love that it’s a gated community and your vehicle is registered for parking. The office staff and maintenance have been so helpful and friendly , it’s also pet friendly and has designated dog areas.

I have resided at Integra Landings for 14 months. This apartment community is the right choice for my family. The community is quiet, within a mile of restaurants and shops, and pet friendly. I appreciate the fact that it is walkable, but I can always use the gym on property for those days when its raining. The office staff are welcoming and accommodating. Any maintenance requests I have submitted have been attended to before the end of the day, 24 hours at the latest. The grounds are beautifully maintained. I always feel as if I am a valued member of this community. When it was time for me to renew my lease, I did not hesitate to do so.

I love it here , The staff is always amazing Melinda is prompt and always helpful , I feel like I moved into a resort . The apartments are great size I have a garage attached to mine . Water pressure is amazing and hot water seems to last forever , Very clean very resort style home.

0820/2019 Update ..... I lived in this apartment for a year and it was amazing Everything from the amenities to neighbors was great Jenna made my moving out a nice and easy transition . If I didn't purchase a home She would be a main reason for staying Freddy and his maintenance crew go above and beyond . I recommend to anyone looking for a place to live

Absolutely recommend this apartment complex reasons why.
1. Looks like a housing community when you drive by, has a long drive way so you can’t hear the city traffic.
2. The leasing consultants are wonderful very polite and helpful.
3. Apartment is beautiful big kitchen, has a full size laundry room which is a necessity for me. Big bathroom for a one bedroom apartment
4. High ceilings my fiancé is 6’9 and he doesn’t have to duck down to get into our home or any room in the apartment for that matter.

I am glad to call this place my home there are many amenities here the pool is huge and has a fire pit. Food trucks come to the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays which I think is cool. Over all it’s beautiful the leasing office is great my fiancé was able to pull off a proposal with out me knowing moving into our new apartment. Come check it out Victoria and Carla are very professional and polite they look out for your best interest at heart.

I moved in a week ago and all I can say is LOVE! From the moment I walked in the office my first time I have been greeted with nothing but smiling faces and people willing to help. My apt home is more than I would have expected and definitely would and have already started to recommend this place to others. If you are looking for a place to call home this is it. Full washer and dryer included in your unit, beautiful kitchens, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Great location since it is so close to shopping and the high way.

I had a great experience renting with Integra Landings. If it weren't for my moving back to Chicago, I would still be there. Helpful office, worked with me when I was gifted a puppy so I could pay the pet deposit. Helpful staff when it came to fixing things and I felt super safe. My home was clean and updated. Really I could not have asked for more. The reason I chose them to begin with was after I looked at the site, I looked around at others and came back to ask some follow up questions about 2 weeks later. The person who had helped me was outside the rental office and addressed me by name. Carla, you remembering me was initially what sold me on the place and I was impressed throughout my experience. If I come back this way, believe me I will rent from you again!

I lived at this apartment complex for a year and had an amazing experience. The maintenance and management teams were always professional, friendly, and welcoming. The location was also extremely convenient for me not only because of work but also because of the proximity to restaurants and shopping plazas. The neighbors were always friendly and I never had a problem with anyone. The only reason I left was because I needed to be closer to school, otherwise I would have stayed for sure.

Actually this is the best place to live. The relation with the Administration and us is like family. They make you feel like family.
They are always creating events, raffles, bingo, etc... just to make all of us tenants, like we are all part of a large family.
They are constantly improving, what I call the RESORT to make it more appealing. They set up a beautiful Christmas Tree every year at the Community Center/ Admin Office and organize a party for all of us.
They are gentile, friendly and very respectful. I love this place.

The move in process was easy and smooth. Victoria and Carla have helped us tremendously from beginning to end. The maintenance crew, specifically Raymond is efficient and thorough and he truly went above and beyond in fixing any minor issues that occurred. I am extremely satisfied and happy to be part of the Integra Landings family.
