Great customer service and prices. Have come here a few times over the past 6 months for some speciality coin batteries and things like that. Also just purchased a new car battery here online. It was ready in two hours. I came just before close so I opted to instal it myself. I brought the old battery in to be recycled and they gave me the core refund and came out to my car to spray the terminals with some protective grease.

When your experiencing any light battery phone PDA repair issues huge big small or tiny. They got you, tell em I sent you!

Always receive friendly professional service. For me this location excels particular because they service streamlight flashlights. Within minutes they were able to deduce my light was faulty and immediately replaced it with a new one. Picked up a new model while I was there and received excellent service while giving me a run down of streamlights new offerings.

I love this place. I’ve gotten key fobs here and most recently had the screen replaced on my iPhone X. I looked at pricing for approved apple service providers and Batteries Plus was about half the price. Plus I didn’t need an appointment and they fixed my phone in a half hour. The customer service is awesome!

Had come in 1/2 before closing an employee started to fix my sons phone that was broken while we waited until after closing. Very good customer service experience.

This place has never failed me. Three times I have taken my sick cell phone and they always fix it, for a decent price and with a smile. Esther helped me today and her husband has helped me in the past, but everyone I've worked with there has been awesome. Highly recommend!

My 2015 Ford escape needed a new battery and I purchased one online for 20% discount at batteries plus. When I picked it up to have it installed I had virtually no wait time before I was helped and the installation began it was a difficult installation because of the way the battery was placed in the vehicle however the gentleman who helped me was patient and meticulous about getting it done right. Halfway through the installation and the manager came out to check on things as it was taking a long time. after learning what was going on but the manager told the installer to take his time and make sure The job is done right and I was happy. I can't say enough about my experience today and because of it you've gained a loyal customer

My name is Barbara Francisco. My finance, Robert Taylor, and I have been customers of the North Druid Hills location for many years and we have always had exceptional customer service. About a week ago we came in looking for a particular flashlight that had certain specifications. The store manager, Daniel, helped us find exactly what I was looking for in this flashlight. He was patient, kind, courteous and listened carefully when I gave all the details. He Took his time out to show us several options and explained the differences to see if it would be something I would be interested in considering I had so many requests for one flashlight. We found exactly what I needed and I was very happy with the flashlight. Daniel has helped us many times in the past, I cannot say enough about his excellent customer service skills and overall knowledge of the stores products. We had an exceptional experience that day and I wanted to thank Daniel for everything he has done for us. We will continue to be a customer of batteries plus bulbs because of Daniel and his team. They are great!

I made a visit to this store at a very busy time. The 2 young men working are a great team and took care of a car battery installation, a phone screen repair, remote repair and Tyler cut & programmed an auto key for me @ 1/2 the price of dealership. Daniel and Esther at the 3932 North Druid Hills Rd. store are a great example of what good customer service should be. I went for a copy of a car key and walked out with three additional items I really needed and didn't remember until I was in the store. I am so impressed with all the personnel at this store! Possible the very best customer service of all time. They have a customer for life!

Great customer service at this location! Employee was able to fix a spare key for me in less than five minutes. The dealership wanted to charge a great deal and exaggerated the repair. I appreciated the professionalism of both employees that day!

I purchase a battery for my car here almost 2 years ago and my experience then was great and fast. I recently had an issue with my battery and I called the store to find out about the warranty and I spoke with Daniel and I am so happy I did. I didn't have my receipt and he looked it up in the system for me and confirmed the type of battery I had and confirmed it indeed was the battery so my warranty covered a new one at no cost. Daniel was so helpful and very patient because my battery was so hot he couldn't remove it right away. He moved quickly once he was able to remove it and in less than 15 mins he had that battery in my car and the hood down. I appreciated he didn't take all day and give me a hassle about it because another location actually wasn't quite as helpful and didn't even want to call Daniel's location to confirm I purchased my battery there and actually sent me back to Daniel's location. Daniel's location is actually not the closest Batteries Plus location but, I will go to them from now on even if he isn't the closet location. That's just how great the service was with Daniel. Keep up the good work Daniel!

The African American gentleman that assisted me was very courteous and helpful. He also did a great job on the phone repair. I hate to mention his race but I do not know his name. I just want to ensure he is commended for the excellent job he did today.

Someone that I had never met ( must have been my guardian angel ) recommended Batteries and Bulbs for my ailing cellphone. They have changed my life. I'm so pleased that this store is near to me. The staff are pleasant and helpful. In addition to the awesome cellphone service they have cool lighting and neat little gadgets. Before, I didn't even know they existed now I make a mental note every time I pass store.

Excellent experience: great truck battery, good price (online discount + rebate). Staff really knows what they're doing and have the tools to prove it. I love that they R&R'd the battery for me, since I was wearing a white shirt and forgot one of the wrenches anyway. Recommend.

The customer service at this location is off the charts! I’ve needed their service 3 times in the past 4 weeks, and each time I’ve been taken care of in an expeditious & professional manner. Esther is the go to for knowledge & this location is Awesome!!
