This courthouse, without a doubt, surpasses my expectations in efficiency and customer satisfaction. The three ladies assisting me today were exceptionally warm and welcoming and had me in and out of Probate with exactly what I needed. To anyone else reports otherwise, you’re lost in Gwinnett and need to head north.

These folks have, dare I say it, made paying taxes a pleasant experience.

The officers guarding the door are friendly and helpful, and they don't make you take your shoes off to go through the metal detector. You do have to remove your belt and take you laptop out of your bag though.

The clerks are polite and helpful, they keep the process moving along.
They accept payment in cash or card.

I was in an out of there in 20 minutes but it looked like a slow time for them.

I don't have anything negative to say about this court, but I can't bring myself to give 5 stars to paying taxes.

Call first for Firearms License. Camera is often down. People are nice.

Unhelpful, rude, don’t care. That’s keeping it light on the experience we have had. No one has been pleasant or helpful. We should have drove the extra miles and gone anywhere else. I’m at lost that people (especially during this time) could be so unwilling to do their jobs and help someone. Pathetic.

Update: got a call today saying they didn’t receive everything they needed but yet I sent everything I was advised had to be sent in. All they do is making excuses for their mistakes. As if everything going isn’t enough especially for us that had to cancel our weddings and just want to be married and this is how we get treated. This has been the biggest headache. Go to any other county. Save yourself the time and headache.
