The case against my client was dismissed.

This is not the "people's court". The judge asked questions to the opposing council only. The judge acted confused and seemingly frustrated, never looking at me or asking questions to clarify. It was a disappointing experience only because of the lack of passion or professionalism or care and/or fairness to care...For the people to feel safe and heard, even if they are not right. Let's do better, Hall County, Georgia.

If you can avoid coming to this court, DO SO AT ALL COSTS! Go to a REAL court. I won my case over a year ago and the judge ordered the other person to pay me and she never has. The court can’t force the person to pay, which is pointless. I wasted money and time dealing with this court system.They will charge you for every document you send in which is $100+. I don’t live in Gainesville, but for those who do, be cautious of Lucinda Clements

I had to come here to file a criminal warrant against someone and I got the complete run around. After giving them ample evidence of being attacked, the investigator Detective Faulkner proceeded to tell me that there was insufficient evidence to file the warrant. I was appalled because he basically said they don't want to pursue it because, according to their papers, the other party contested my story. Well no duh! No criminal will blatantly admit to a crime.

Basically, don't expect justice from any city official in this county. You won't get any.

Filed an appeal and got a complete runaround. I am now seeking legal representation.
