Mike Strickland is someone I would never suggest going into business with. His communication is absolutely terrible. In fact, I don’t think I have ever gotten him to return a call. Also, I feel like unless you just have millions of dollars he does not really care about doing work for you. Beware use TurboTax or any other CPA.

If I could give no stars, I would. We had our taxes done by Mike back in March and he filed them. He got our sons birthday wrong and I told him it was wrong and he said it doesn't matter. I received a letter from the IRS they were withholding our taxes because of incorrect information and I ask him to fix it because I didn't know if that was the only thing incorrect. He assured me he would. He says he could never get through to the IRS but will keep trying. He never returns emails or phone calls and for us to actually get in touch with him, my husband has to leave work early to make it to his office for an answer. I've been emailing and calling him for over 2 months and I got one reply back saying he would call me the next day, he never did. I call his office several times and they are rude because I'm getting annoyed I can't simply get an answer from anyone at the office. We have until this week to get ahold of the IRS per their deadline and I still haven't heard from him, so I will loose thousands of dollars for a mistake Mike made and won't fix. I received an invoice i the mail for $150 for him calling the IRS, so he charged me for HIS matake and for him to fix it AND I haven't even heard anything from him of an outcome. Horrible service and I will not b using them ever again. I suggest anyone reading this try someone else. I understand CPAs are busy but this is just ridiculous. I've talked to many CPAs since this and they all say the same thing I'm thinking. The one time he did call me he was yelling and cussing at me because I'm trying to get answers for a service I am paying for and get money that is owed to me and he simply doesn't care.

He has no integrity any more. Once was a good cpa, but this year the worst, and staff not much better. Would not recommend to anyone.
