I don’t know where start….well I start with “I Love this place! I’ve been a part of this family for over 4 years. Had my braces put on and removed after 3 years and I barely close my mouth. 😁 I had to get my bottom braces put back on because I had a shift and suffer with Trigeminal Neuralgia syndrome and TMJ where I clinch and grind my teeth during my sleep and when I am concentrating on things (bad habits hard to break.) The fact I get to come share and swap stories with Dr Maginnis and his entire staff is the height of my monthly visits. I know them all by name and have a quiet individual relationship with each of them and that’s facts. I’ve watched them grow and the care and skills are unmatched. As I have come almost half of my second journey I look forward to my new smile, again and greeting everyone (even other patients) with a smile that they are ALL responsible for. Thank you to the team of Magginis, especially Abbie and Dr. Rubin. Today my son and I were expecting the braces to come off because of a prior conversation that was misunderstood. We counted down the days until today and once we arrived we were told the braces weren’t coming off but to pick a color. I was so sad and torn because I checked my son out of school early and being that I’m in dentistry myself I knew how much this day meant to him and myself as his mother. After voicing my concerns I had no idea the braces were actually ready to come off, but the procedure was to get a scan for his retainers and come back. Instead of making us wait the team immediately came up with a game plan to make sure my son wasn’t let down. Thank you guys so much for hearing my concern! I truly appreciate the entire team especially because this was not the first time I had a concern that I brought up and both times I was heard and that just speaks to how you and your team actually care about your patients. I can’t say this enough thank you for making this day special and I highly recommend anyone to come to the Savannah location.

My grandson needed to be seen as soon as possible. He did not have a scheduled appointment until the following week. I called and Juliette answered the phone. I explained the situation to her and she stayed there past her time to leave so that my grandson could have his tooth looked at. She took customer service to a new level. I was pleasantly surprised that another Orthodontist could compare to my long history and commitment to Winning Orthodontist in Bluffton. Our first visit was a consultation with X-Rays. Then we went over treatment breakdown and financial options and payments with the Doctor and team member. All my questions were answered and explained in detail. They immediately transitioned into step one putting braces on my daughter. The staff was professional, pleasant and full of positive energy. I felt heard and respected! I’m hopeful that this first visit and first review will follow all the way through the remainder of my daughter’s treatment!

I started my Invisalign journey with them and have not looked back since. Great employees and the ones over them.

We were concerned about our daughter's teeth and their office reassured us that everything was correctable. We got a free electric toothbrush as well that our daughter just loves. Such a nice friendly office.

My son has had a wonderful experience getting braces from the staff at Maginnis Savannah. Everyone has been professional, pleasant, and efficient. One couldn’t really couldn’t ask for much more. I would like to share an example of their customer service. We received a quote for braces during the initial consultation that was inclusive of insurance participation. Despite verifying with our insurer on three separate occasions, Maginnis received mis-information which resulted in an unexpected bill to my family of $1,400. I called seeking an explanation and spoke to a woman named Tosh. Tosh was filling in for her manager who was on vacation that week. When I expressed my frustration, Tosh did a wonderful job listening and was super professional and polite. She made no promises but assured me that she would convey this information to her manager upon her return the following week. I received a phone call from Julie, the manager, the following Monday afternoon where she patiently explained the back office processes related to insurance and billing. She then shared with me that Maginnis would be absorbing the additional $1,400 charge. It would have been super easy for Maginnis to have simply passed that additional charge along. But instead they chose to go above and beyond and make a lasting impression on me and my family. We would enthusiastically recommend Maginnis Savannah to anyone who needs braces!
