Excellent support from John Claude and his team. I went there out of necessity when mavis down the street kept me waiting for four hours without installing my tires. I asked Tires Plus point-blank if they could have me out there with new tires in an hour. They were honest and said they couldn’t do it, but could squeeze me in under two hours. Fair enough…returned and the car was ready in less than two hours. Really good price, a little bit more than Mavis but totally worth it I appreciate it their honesty to not keep me waiting. Highly recommend. There’s also a Starbucks a Burger King Kroger and an Indian place in the shopping center to go get snacks while you wait on your car.

Noticed my tire was flat Saturday afternoon got air in it and went to another major tire place waited at desk x 20 minutes was ignored, call the phone number then staff member came out and rudely explained can’t help today as they are busy come back tomorrow.
Went to tire plus Decatur Sunday morning, was warmly greeted and asked how he could help then went out side to view tire took my info told me there was 2 other cars in from of me told me expected wait time before my car could be looked at and how long it would take to service. I went to breakfast and came back Total time spent was 2 hrs , the place was clean every staff member I encountered greeted me. I will be back if I need service.

I had such an amazing experience with this tire company! Their service was incredibly fast and efficient. I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Blue for his exceptional help. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of tires especially when the price is right! Thank you for the great service!

Excellent customer service from Claude Jean. He was warm and welcoming. I came for an oil change and was in and out in no time.
It was my first time visiting this location and it will definitely not be the last.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The associate Sheila was very pleasant and outgoing. She ensured the technicians and mechanics did right by everyone.

The hospitality that I experienced at this location is far better than I received from some other places. My experience has been good in the past with this location, but to hear them treat everybody with the same professionalism and hospitality is what makes me want to come back to purchase new tires?

My wife’s car was losing psi in the rear passenger tire. After she had already brought it to one location and being told there was nothing wrong, we brought it to Claude over at the Dekalb Ind location, and he took care of the problem with a quickness. He was super helpful and an all around awesome guy. The 70’s funk and soul jamming in the waiting room was a nice touch as well. They need to make sure Claude gets a raise!

Marlon Smith was extremely helpful. He is very knowledgeable and explained clearly the best solutions to issues with my tires. I am a Senior on a strict budget so it’s important to get the best possible price. Thank you so much!

Every time I go to this location I get excellent service. We have been going there for about ten years or so, and we have always had a positive experience.

I’ve been to this location twice this summer. First, I needed a tire plugged. On that visit, they alerted me that another tire needed replacing. So I scheduled an appointment during a sale week.

The gentleman who checked me in was EXTREMELY helpful. (I mistakenly thought I needed 3 tires replaced. So he showed me how they evaluate a tires’s health and determined whether to replace or wait. Turned out I only needed the 1 tire.) They replaced it quickly and I was on my way within an hour. Probably closer to 30 min.

I’ve used another tire company that’s almost next door to this one… but I would only recommend Tires Plus based on my experiences.

You always receive a printout that explains everything in detail what needs to be done to your car. If you still are not satisfied, the Rep will explain every detail until you know what your car needs. The prices are quite affordable, coupons are available on the tire plus web, and in most cases can be used towards your balance. Thank you tires plus for always taking care of me.

Hayden was very helpful and professional! He assisted me with my tires and diagnosed my vehicle issue. The service was quick & friendly, especially as a woman, and he even cleaned the outside of my car. Will definitely visit & recommend my friends and family to Hayden and the Decatur location!

Excellent customer service. Great staff. I Always get my vehicles fixed here and never leave with the problem I came with. They have expert mechanics on site , no shade trees that really don’t know what they are doing. I do recommend this Tires Plus.

Only tire shop I’ve been going to since living in Decatur. Always good service & prices.

I called late on Saturday to purchase two new tires. They told me I could come in on Sunday at 8am and get the job done. They opened right at 8am, got the correct tires for me at the agreed on price, and the tech who installed the tires was a former student of mine who did a great job. They all did a great job!

Hayden & John Claude were both amazing and helpful. I will never go anywhere else.
