Over the last 12 years, I have relied on Ray Armstrong's realty experience to guide me through the process of buying two homes AND selling one. We have used Armstrong Team realty, specifically Ray, for the purchase of our first home. Ray is always available via phone or text to help alleviate some of our anxieties. He has a good knowledge of the homebuying process and is also knowledgeable about recommendations for financing, inspections, and other businesses that help along the way. We were able to preview the house that we wanted and put an offer in all within a matter of a few days thanks to Ray’s prompt attention and experienced input.

Ray Armstrong was an outstanding find. He and his team were completely on top of the complicated situation I was confronted with when my mom passed away. Being from Missouri, I was not able to be there to deal with all the little details. He carried that burden for us, when we really needed it. Had issues with Liz and do not recommend her. Ray and Jeanne had to take over for Liz. Liz primarily handles property management and I absolutely recommend having anyone in this office except Liz to handle your needs.
