American Salon & Spa

Called the salon today for a new client haircut. Of course they were booked and they didn't have an opening for a few weeks. After a few hours they called me with a cancellation and I was able to get in today! I was scheduled with Sarah and she was amazing. I let her use her talent and skill to do what she thought best. The best part was the amazing head and scalp massage! It was my first time there but they were so friendly I felt like a longtime client. Will definitely be going back.

I’ve been seeing Alexis for spa services for a few months now, and it’s made a huge difference in my skin! She makes great recommendations at each appointment based on my current skin needs and always creates a welcoming and relaxing environment. More recently I started seeing Sydney for haircuts, and I recommend booking with her as well! Her energy is great, and I’m always happy with my hair.

Lindsey is great. I have had two cuts and onw color and I love it. Lindsey is great! Ask for her.

This is hands down the best salon I have ever been to! Everyone is super friendly and they make the experience comfortable and relaxing. Emily (and this salon) is the only person I will ever let touch my hair. I have really long hair and she doesn’t damage it! You leave feeling like you’ve known her forever! Her cuts and colors are the best.

This was my first time here and Sydney was amazing! The salon itself was beautiful and a great experience. I have been looking for a hair stylist I can trust for a while now, and I finally found one. Going back for color in a few months. Shout out Sydney for the great experience!!

So far my experience has be superb, I'll be getting our Bridal Party Hair & Makeup done here. Working with Keri has been such a breeze (and breath of fresh air while wedding planning!)! She's so helpful and has been happy each time I ask questions as I'm planning from another State. She is very knowledgeable and positive. I'm confident in her and their team. Thank you!!!

The most amazing place in the world. Such a welcoming and friendly environment, and my hair is always fabulous when I leave even if I'm not sure what I want. I always have Dana do my hair, but everyone in there is absolutely amazing and just as capable. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting an amazing cut, color or style

I have been getting my hair done here for years, after several disastrous experiences with other hair salons I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair. I change my color and length fairly frequently and can always count on Emily to do a fabulous job no matter what I ask for. I moved to Tennessee a year ago and still drive back for my hair appointments. I had my hair and makeup done here on several major occasions, engagement photos, my wedding day, and most recently maternity photos and am never disappointed. There is yet to be a service I've experienced here that is anything less than terrific from waxing to spray tan, airbrush makeup, massages and of course any hair color or treatment. Absolutely recommend them to everyone and anyone looking for a quality salon.

I recently went to see Erin after my salon in Cumming stopped using Aveda products. Erin was awesome! She did a great job on my blonde balayage. She and everyone there was so friendly and professional. She even sent a hand-written thank you card after my visit. I’m so happy and I’ve definitely found my new hair stylist/salon.

Second time going!! It’s the same as the first time I went everyone is so nice and made sure I was comfortable and made sure I wasn’t thirsty, it was great! I went out of my comfort Zone and did more then just a hair cut, I went and got a balayage!! and marybeth did such an awesome job its exactly how I wanted it hazelnut Sunkist look ❤ I enjoyed every second definitely going to go again and request her 👍🏼☺ Thank you Dana and marybeth!

Great place to go. Family run and operated. It does cost but it is worth it. Good products and good personal service. I am using the Aveda dry remedy moisturizing shampoo and the smooth infusion masque. My hair is a challenge- curly and frizzy in humidity, but these products help.

Such an amazing experience. Everyone who works here is so pleasant and attentive. Don took his time and made me feel very comfortable every step of the way. Will be returning every time I need something done with my hair!

I love love American Salon and Spa!! I go to Megan Haulbrook for all my needs and she always goes above and beyond to give me what I want!! She's awesome! Definitely recommend seeing her!

Mary Beth is an excellent colorist and gave me a beautiful cut. Only complaint is the pricing. Too high in this economy.

Kayla Maddox is the best in town. She never disappoints both with my hair and great conversations. All the staff are super friendly as well!
