I had an exceptional experience at Whitecap Dental! The cozy atmosphere immediately put me at ease, and the friendly staff made me feel like I was among family. The professionalism they displayed throughout my visit was truly commendable. It's rare to find a dental practice that combines warmth and expertise so seamlessly. Highly recommend!

This is by far my favorite dentist office that I have been to so far, out of the four that I have been to. The staff is extremely friendly and do what they can to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Dusenbury was very gentle, friendly, and made sure to tell me what he was going to do next so there were no surprises during my procedure. This was my second visit, and after today I know I will be a loyal customer! Come visit them and I know they will welcome you with open arms.

Absolutely wonderful staff! Doctor Dusenbury has taken such great care of me and my dental needs. This is such a welcoming and knowledgeable team. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable, personally and financially. I have been to other dentists here and in NJ and this is the first one that I would ever recommend. Kathy (reception) is the sweetest woman and will go out of her way to make sure you have everything you need, Julie/s (there's two) has a great bedside manner, they're both funny and very aware of your comfort level - even during simple cleanings! And of course Dr. Dusenbury is just a delightful dentist (yes, they do exist!) He's genuinely concerned about your oral health - not just money like other places I've been. He explains everything he's doing and why as he doing it, which for me is a relief because I hate not knowing what's going on. They have just made me feel so at home here. I am very grateful to have them in my network, although even if I didn't I'd probably come here anyway! Lot of love for this office!

Best experience I've had with a dental office. From the very first phone call with Michele she has made me feel welcome, comfortable and like family. She schedules me right away, helps me understand my insurance coverage and doesn't make me feel rushed or like I'm asking dumb questions like a lot of dental offices do. I also really appreciated Dr. Dusenbery taking the time to bring me in explain the whole dental plan and answering ALL of my questions. He also made me feel comfortable, gave me some useful financial information, and made sure he answered all of my questions before I left.

Dr. Dusenbury has a calm and gentle demeanor and I would definitely recommend this office to anyone, especially if you have any prior fear or concerns regarding dentists. All staff including the Dr. are friendly and communicative. They took care my issues, worked well around my schedule, and in general took wonderful care of me.

I have had EZ Dental for 3 years since moving to Savannah and I couldn't be happier. They are fantastic! I am in my mid 70s and have had numerous dental problems prior to this and they really believe in working with their patients. They are always so, courteous, cheerful and really know what they're doing. I always have lots of questions before a procedure and Dr. Dusenbury THOROUGHLY, KNOWING answers them. I also love them because I do not have a car and can walk to them from where I live. 😊

My husband came in as a walk-in and they accepted him with open arms. The staff was very friendly, Mrs. Kathy was very kind, helpful and very patient. We had a little issue but she took care of it right away. Dr. Dunsenbury has got the be the best densitst I ever met. While he is working on your teeth, he explains everything that he is doing. Anytime you go to the dentist you feel nothing but fear all over your body, but not here, they make you feel so comfortable.

The staff at EZ dental are truly AMAZING!! I've had the pleasure of interacting with both Julie's, Kathy and Dr. D. All have been nothing short of lovely! I highly recommend this dentist office! Once you set an appointment, you will NOT wait long. You are sent to the back at your scheduled time! Also, Kathy does a wonderful job of calling to ask if you want to be seen once there are any cancellations (talk about fitting you in if you have a crazy work schedule!) Overall, the staff at EZ dental are more like family rather than dentist office associates.

As a first time patient with EZ Dental, I highly recommend Dr. Dusenbury and his friendly, courteous, and efficient staff. It was pleasure, and how many people can say that about any dental appointment, but I earnestly mean it. I have zero tolerance for pain and Dr. Dusenbury made me feel comfortable and safe while he pulled my lil raggedy tooth out without any discomfort whatsoever. My uncle (Dr. Dusenbury) and my aunt Kathy, the friendly receptionist under EZ Dental bring such joy, professionalism, enthusiasm. My uncle loves what he does and handles every patient with care (meaning, he talks you through every operation that he does on you and explain what he is doing. Because, he cares so much about dental hygiene) Julie and Julie does a great job as well with preparing you for your appointment. The four of them bring such delight, joy and positive energy into this astonishing world that we live in. I definitively refer this place to anybody seeking dental care in Savannah, Georgia. Stop by there if you have not stop by already!!

Dr. Dusenbury and his wife Cathy are amazing people. I was so nervous my first couple appointments they made me very comfortable and kept me highly informed every step of the way. He helped come up with the perfect dental plan for me and truly cares to inform his patients of things to help them all around healthwise.His dental assistant was very sweet and welcoming as well. I had some serious dental issues and he has helped me so much truly saved my life. He made everything as pain free as possible and it truly was I mean I was so scared and I didn't feel a thing and he talked me thru the whole thing making it easier and even making me laugh and lightening the fear. These are truly great caring people and I'm so pleased that I got to use them for my dental needs. Thank you! 😭❤🙏

My experience with EZ Dental was AMAZING!!! I called and was able to be seen that day with no problem at all!! I went in with a broken wisdom tooth and in alot of pain!! I was very nervous!! I am terrible with going to the doctor and terrified of the dentist!! Well when I got there the office staff was so comforting and and welcoming with open arms!! When it was time for me to go back my nerves started even more..lol...The dental assistant was amazing and gental she was very nice! When Dr. Dusenbury came in and introduced himself he was so nice and understanding and wanted to make sure I was taken care of and whatever I needed was going to be done! His bedside manner was like none I have ever seen very kind and understanding!! He was AMAZING!! And funny too I might add!! He was so gentle and talked me through everything he was doing as he done it so I had no suprises!! Needless to say he fixed my problem and had me on the road to recovery!! I am one to put off any dentist work in a minute!! But...now with this Doctor and his practice and the WONDERFUL , EMPATHETIC and GENTLE treatment I received I will be making an appointment in three weeks to have other evaluations done to my teeth to make sure all is well in my mouth!!! And I am NOT scared to do so!! Thank you EZ Dental for making a scarry moment for me a EZ fix done with grace, professional and a gentle manner 😊

I have very high anxieties about dentistry and yes as ya know it I found myself in need of their services. A tooth broken down to the gumline, I called the office and a very friendly receptionist answered, I got all positive checks: accepting insurance to quick calm answers to my questions as we discussed the severity of the tooth Ms.Teri honestly told me its a oral surgery vs a quick extraction and to eleviate extra cost she gave a pleasant referral. I know honest people and this office for sure is my new dental office after this situation, as I know I'm more than just a paying customer.now looking forward to getting back on dental care with this office.

Best dental appointment I've ever had. Dr. Dusenbury explained my procedure before,during, and after. I've never had a dentist to explain a procedure as Dr. Dusenbury. The whole.staff,.Kathy ( keep smiling), both Julie's are just fantastic, friendly, caring and 100% professional. This was my first appointment for a.dental procedure,.one appointment prior ,.teeth cleaning. Yes, I have found a dental home,.if someone wants to feel at home, go to.EZ Dental.

E Z DENTAL is a small family practice serving Savannah and the Low Country areas. It's customer service is as good or even better than some or most successful major Dental Practices.
I cannot say enough good about receptionist KATHY; her courtesy in answering the telephone, her professionalism and interaction in addressing patients concern are the stuff that encourages patients to stay with the practice.
Doctor JOHN A DUSENBURY is a man of small stature but has the skills and professional touch that can match any of the best Dentist in the area.
I have been a patient of Doctor Dusenbury for the past two years and for the first time i can smile with confidence!

Normally when people write reviews it's very hard to believe whether or not the person is truthful with their comments. But believe all the good reviews you read about EZ Dental including my review. EZ Dental is an awesome place to go if your looking for dental work for reasonable pricing not to mention the customer service from the staff is great and is always consistent. I just received 3 fillings and an extraction. I thought there was going to be pain in the aftermath but there was none at all. I'm highly satisfied with my treatment and that's a lot to say seeing that I'm a hard person to please. Tell everyone you know about EZ Dental. You won't regret it.

Very welcoming and comfortable place, Mrs. Kathy is so sweet and nice and The Doctor her husband is so funny. All around the staff are a great group of people they all make you feel welcome. My son loves it here as well

I have never felt more comfortable with the staff and overall experience when visiting a dentist office. Everyone was so welcoming and professional. They really make it easy to receive dental care. Will only be coming to this office from now on.
