Champion Middle School

As a Realtor serving the metro Atlanta area (and because i live in the Stone mountain area) often the question about buying a home is all about the schools. Contrary to popular belief and what you might see in the media, Dekalb County has great school options. Champion Middle School is the best middle school option in the Stone Mountain area. The test scores (which is what matters) consistently outperform other middle schools in other areas. At the end of the day your children perform better when their is a plan laid out between you the parent, the teachers, and the student. Champion's teachers are always available to assist you in developing that plan and that's what makes a good school.

Champion Theme Middle School put out as much information you will need to know how your child is doing including being able to view assignments online. Plenty of electives for development and teachers are always available for conferences for face to face time. When it comes down to it you'll learn that The more involved you are in your child's education the better your results will be.

Great School! Champion has taught my daughter very well.. She is a A student and is graduation moving on to High School and my elementary student moving in to Champion. The teachers and Administration are very great with students...

its okay to me 2015-2016 was my 6grade year and my teachers wren really mean.buts its still a nice place to be though.

My daughter is going to CMTS and we just left open house, she loves how she is on the 2nd floor, and she her teachers aka Ms. Jenkins and Ms. Hurley :)

The kids that go there are very nice. The teacher's seem to care about the children education

Champion is a good school However I think they can cut down on the homework

Great School

I am currently in the 7th grade and I've had a great experience. I have many friends and never get bullied. The staff are kind. I learn new things everyday and the basketball is that for me, in my experience. Just because you experienced bad things doesn't mean this is a bad school. For how middle class Stone Mountain is it's good in my book. But I have to say the school doesn't get many fixes and it's pretty old but we work under those conditions everyday.

Champion is a great experience.People on here like to talk about Champion,well look at other schools in the district.So,you would be better sending your kid to Champion Theme Middle School!Tbh!!
