I would give them a zero…….I ordered 2 hair products and have NOT heard from these people. I’ve tried calling all of the posted store phone numbers and contacting them through their email address and suddenly the voicemails are full and email no longer available. This is FRAUDULENT practice. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP!!!!!

I’m never on this side of town… needed hair to get mine done and came here of course I purchased the wrong kind same day tried to return it and the Manager Joe couldn’t do anything to help. I suggested he state that sale items are final sale even if you made a mistake and purchased the wrong kind of hair no exchange no store credit and said he can’t say that to every single customer. Terrible service being I spent $100 with hair I can not do anything with sucks.

Do not shop here. They don’t accept exchanges and rude customer service from the ladies at the counter. They don’t have a lot of products to choose from as well and over priced. Go to Ace Beauty Supply or Beauty Master instead.

Cramped, some of the wigs look dusty and disheveled, and they have the audacity not to allow trying on the ones you might find worth it!! I understand at the beginning of the pandemic, but now?!! I bought one from there last year and couldn’t try it on, and it’s ugly as heck and looks cheap!! I decided to give them another try since other shops do allow you to try them on, and they still want you to take your chances and just buy blindly!! Never again!!

Was ready to spend my money, a lady that worked there was very rude. I politely put everything back, walked out. Will not spend money somewhere that makes me feel like that. Will not be back. Too many beauty supplies in Atl.

Terrible. Idk who the owner is now but they need to do better. I came in and even tho the cashiers were nice there were like two on the phone just cussing and talking about mess like they was at home. Very unprofessional place but hey. This is on Old Nat after all
