I recently purchased a 2009 Ford Fusion SEL from Juan and couldn't be more pleased at the process to do so. I had been without a vehicle for about a month and when I went to check out the Fusion, it was just what I was looking for and he made the transaction so easy. He even stayed after normal business hours in order to get me financed and out the door with my new used vehicle that same evening. Very customer friendly, courteous and professional. UPDATE- It has been abut 18 months since we purchased our vehicle here (2012 VW Passat with 110k miles when purchased). We now have 150k on this vehicle, and have had no mechanical issues except the routine maintenance. I would still highly recommend this place for a vehicle.

My experience here was a very good one. When I first visited VELEZ Auto Group they didn't have what I was looking for. The lady (Laura) ask me what kind of car did I want. I gave Laura a detailed list, year, make, model and specs. Well, 2 weeks later I got a call and went to check it out the next day (Saturday) to see if I wanted it or not. Monday the car was mine. And it took less than 2hrs. I'm glad that my mechanic Jimmy referred me to Velez. I got a 2011 BMW with absolutely nothing wrong with it. I got a great deal. They even let me take it to my mechanic and paid for my oil change. So, if you're interested in getting a high end car or a nice car period....
