El Taco Veloz 3 - Gainesville

A pound of Barbacoa we order it with Cilantro, onions, corn tortillas and salsa Verde. So delicious and fresh. I love having it for a quick dinner option. The menu has a variety of traditional Mexican options all delicious. Many fresh drink options mango, pineapple, herchada and sometimes hibiscus.

This place has been around for awhile and I had never tried it until recently. The food is very good and the portions are large. Pricing is average and the location is next to a main road with easy vehicles parking. Definitely worth a try, I will be going back for sure!

If you're looking for quality authentic Mexican food but you're short on time or just don't feel like dining in then this is the place for you! I have tried majority of the menu and every time it's great. If you need a refreshing beverage definitely try the fresh juices such as the mango, they are huge and much fresher/cheaper than going to a smoothie place. Also, the only other options for quick affordable Mexican food are taco bell and del taco. Both of which in my opinion do not satisfy a craving for ACTUAL Mexican food. This is an actual Mexican restaurant with a drive through. Very affordable, very friendly, very convenient.

I've eaten here often. It is my GOTO place for authentic hispanic food in Gainesville GA. I love their street tacos. Paola is the person who helped me today and she is superb - super welcoming, and got everything we ordered perfectly correct. Thanks, Taco Veloz 3!

I love this place. The best lengua tacos around. And by far the best authentic Mexican fast food around. The ideal time to go is right before or right after the main lunch rush. The service is always good and the people are friendly. I will be back for more tacos ASAP.

Always my option for a quick and delicious Carne a la Mexicans!!,tortas and burritos with carne asada are one of my favorite too!! You have to come over here, people are super nice and friendly and funny thing, restroom is the cleanest in the area, simple but clean and organized. Totally recommended!!!

If you're looking for authentic Mexican food this needs to be your first stop. The staff was very friendly. The food was absolutely incredible. The salsa bar had a very good variety of salsa. I will return the next time I'm in the Gainesville

Went to El Taco Veloz and ordered four burritos in the drive through. There were two of us and usually, it takes about two fast food burritos to feel full so this didn't seem excessive at the time.

We got the deluxe kind with meat and cheese, beans and rice, lettuce, tomato and sour cream. I wasn't paying attention to the price so when the girl said it would be $32 my eyebrows shot up. EIGHT DOLLAR BURRITOS?! Good lord, you can get four burritos for like $9 at Taco Bell! I was too embarrassed to say anything though so I went ahead with the order.

I AM A GOOBER. These are NOT your usual fast food burritos! When she handed me the bag, my arm just dropped it was so heavy. Seriously, like 10 pounds of burrito in there. I was offered green or red salsa and I took both to try them out.

The burritos were so delicious. We got one barbacoa beef, two fajita beef and one chorizo. The tortillas were freshly cooked, buttery and warm. All were massive and packed with delicious, really high quality ingredients. The chorizo wasn't the crumbled kind, it was like a pulled meat texture. Seriously yummy and actual authentic Mexican flavor. I think the fajita beef was my favorite.

I wound up preferring the green salsa to the red. The meat was already pretty spicy and the red added more spice to that. The green's smoky-smooth flavor and coolness was a perfect compliment.

I managed to eat ONE burrito and was completely stuffed. My daughter couldn't even finish hers! So, not one to waste, I had an awesome burrito for lunch the next day and the last one for dinner two days later! They were just as delicious re-heated in the microwave.

If you want giant burritos with authentic Mexican flavor I highly recommend you try this place out!

(There were some things on the menu I've never had before - like beef tongue? - I'm tempted to be adventurous and try some!!)

Real Mexican food serving real Mexican people. Gringos also can enjoy this outstanding, actually above average Mexican food too. I eat a lot of Latino food and this stands out as particularly good.

This place has the most authentic Mexican food in Gainesville! It taste just like how my mom makes it. They have several options for vegetarians, and they prepare it pretty quickly. Also, the employees are always respectful.
