I ordered a pair of boots during a Red Wing visit to my employer. Couldn’t remember where I asked the boots to be delivered, so I called Red Wing in Pooler to figure it out. Instead of having me pick them up or ship the boots to my house, the store manager brought them to my home (over 30 miles away)! Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I’m already a Red Wing man, but they will have my business in the Pooler branch no matter where I end up.

I picked up a pair of (steel toed) boots my son had ordered. The staff was very friendly and I was in and out in less than five minutes. The boots look good and my son says that they wear well.

The service was a media and comfortable. They listened to my needs which made it a very easy purchase I would recommend Red Wing boot company at this location to anybody looking for a comfortable American-made boot

Great store will very knowledgeable manager. Rob was patient and could explain the pros and cons of all the shoes. The shoes are a little pricey but excellent quality with a wide selection. They stand behind their product. We had a minor issue with a shoe and they addressed it. We will go back when we need more boots.

Rob was awesome 👌 .I spent about 4 hours trying on boots.even came back for a second time because the boots just didn't feel right since I have one foot bigger than the other.the patience he had with me was the reason for a sale. i hope red wing is honored to have Rob and is paying top dollar to keep him.the knowledge and customer service experience was amazing.

the only negative thing I could say is they need to have more inventory in wide but I understand because the store gets alot of customers.

Store was very busy when I got there but I was still greeted and service was fast. I'm a repeat customer so I knew what I wanted and it was out of stock, so I ordered them.

Very helpful staff. A young lady approached me as soon as I walked in to offer help. I asked her where an item was and she took me over to it and allowed me to browse. Then a gentleman came over to help me and assisted me with getting a foot scan and my walking pattern. Then based on that he recommended a few options based on my needs. Was very informative about policies regarding returns and exchanges and recommended some socks to compliment the boots I purchased.

Honestly the best experience I have had with Foot wear in more than 20 years. I have worn just about every other work boot available in the last 2 decades. That said, I don't believe I will never buy another boot that is not a Redwing. My lower back pains and sore knee pains have almost completely gone away after making the switch to Redwings. Their staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the footwear that best fit my needs. Their work boots are so comfortable I wear them all day long. Even weekends when I am not working. Just stopped in today and buy a quality guine leather belt and work socks. Will let you know how they work out.

Went through the fitting process with a polite and attentive staff who were happy to let me try multiple sizes and styles till I found exactly what I was looking for. The boots aren't cheap but as someone who has put boots through their paces working on chemical tankers for over a decade they are absolutley worth the money!

Natasha assisted me today and let me just say, it was the best shoe shopping experience I’ve ever had by far! She was knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely friendly. Walked out with a new pair of boots that I LOVE and will be headed back for insoles!

Nice clean store with knowledgeable staff that helped me pick out my first pair of red wing work boots.

Great service. I wore my new boots for three weeks and decided that they were a half size to big. I returned the boots and they replaced them with the size that fit me better and did not give me any hassle for the late return and did not charge me anything. That’s how it should be at any business in my opinion. Oh yea I did not even have to show them my receipt.

Excellent service and helpful staff. They found me exactly what I needed for the work I do, were very knowledgeable about warranties of each boot. I will definitely be getting my boots from there again.

The General Mgr. Rob is the absolute best that I have come across in a very long time with his outstanding customer service. I really wish there were more people like him. His knowledge and expertise of the boots and other products in the store is super solid!!!! Need more people like him in the world of customer service.

Had a great time going and trying on boots. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the fit of the boots. Ultimately I ordered a pair, and returned the following week to pick them up and I have truly loved them ever since. If you walk in there not knowing what you want they should be able to help you out. Shout out to Aaron Eslinger for all his help!

I love this location. Aaron was super helpful and great to work with. Really enjoy the product, (2 pairs of shoes, 2 pairs of boots and shoe care items purchased over the years) and they have a good selection. I will continue to purchase my shoes and boots exclusively from Redwing of Savannah.
