I’m comfortable in my place…

it’s just the noise past a certain time of night. I feel as if a curfew should be enforced. Sercurity should ride at night. Some kids do have bedtimes and if you out in the breezeway drinking,gambling,smoking and playing a speaker on the max is uncalled for

My name is coming up on the waiting list next month , I'm more than excited , my kids and I deserve this.

I am definitely interested in moving to oak Forest

The apartments look very nice. I am pleased with staying here. I have been here a little over a year and I like it. The only downside to it is the neighbor....they do not control their kids enough and they throw trash on the ground like it's a trashcan, but maintenance does a great job with trying to keep the Landscaping up to par. Thanks

Love the renovation but emergency maintenance /maintenance sucks. People are dirty became roach infested in a couple months. Glad i moved don't stay here long fix you situation and GET out!!!

I have been on the waiting list since 2017 … I called to the office yearly an updated my information just recently they say they didn’t have any of my information on file I know I did an application cause I did it the same time my friend did an she has been called an moved in her place I have 4 kids an on the verge of being homeless I’ll take anything at this point please tell me something I been waiting so long….

I have followed everything that asked for I prayed this place I got a move in date and still nothing I have babies who need this not just me .

Management is horrible for keeping a single mother of 4 from living in a habitable apartment. I just saw the story on 11 Alive News where the landlord & complex refused to comment. How are repairs just beginning the 2nd week of June when she started seeking repairs & mold treatment last August? That is a horrible shame, and I hope other 1 star reviews are coming.

ETA: The score dropped from 2.6 to 2.5 since my review. I am pleased.

I live in California and seen the girl on the news about mold and rats and having to live in her car while her children stay with her sister.. So Sad thank God for YouTube I would have never heard about this on the news in California.... And I just want to let her know she didn't fail her children; you can only work with what you have.

When I first moved in oak forest apartments it was ok and the apartment was good in all.but I been staying out here almost a whole year and the bugs are so nasty because of the people that stay next to me . People be spreading bugs to apartments to apartments. And the next door neighbor be rude and disrespectful I can't even let my kids play outside. And someone been trying to break in my apartment and writing on my door. These apartments need some someone to watch over the apartments so people can be safe.And I'm not happy about stay all the way in the back the last set of apartments.The rent office could have least move me in the building in front of me. I'm not happy with these apartments at all. And I want to be moved a little up in the apartments. Because in the back it real bad. The rent office need to do something about it. I'm about to start reporting people and calling the police because the apartments not doing nothing. And all these people been standing outside block the breeze way so others can't get threw. thanks for my view.
