Transferred from Holcombe property 3 years ago, apartment is nice had some issues that were previously unaddressed, but we now have new manager
and system for work orders. Maintenance came and completed the work. They are thus far the best team. Thanks Pedro

I'm not a resident of this apartment complex but my fiance is. All I have to say is the management at this property is phenomenal. Samantha and Stevie are the BEST and exceeded my baby's needs on the most timely fashion as humanly possible. Maintenance deserves a round of applause for their efforts in getting things done and paying attention to detail. Way to go y'all. I have 6 months left on my lease, and bet I'll be moving here. Thank you guys.

I from Monroe,La and when I started looking for housing it had become very hard. When I came across these apartments on website I decided to go check them out.. My first time on site the team was friendly but overall Queen was the best. The process has been so easy and I can thank nobody but God for crossing me with this place. I’m so sorry for everyone that have came across problems but the way I have been help and made welcome show a lot about the management team. Queen keep me updated on the whole process on move in. Queen you are doing an amazing job and I tell everyone who Hod place you in my life keep up the good work. All I know everyone always get a different experience but for I love it already and I’m not moved in yet.

CHANTEASA was absolutely amazing and helpful!! since the time we walked through the door to signing our lease she was there for every step of the way, answered all of my questions without a problem. Apartments are clean and we haven’t had any issues, neighbors are all very friendly.

I had been looking for an apartment for months with constantly running into issue after issue and I became discouraged. I wanted to stay in the Stone Mt area and came across Tucker Square and spoke with Queen. Queen did everything in her power to make sure I understood the process which was quick and got me into my apartment within a week of us meeting. I honestly have not ever had a complex staff that was available and communicative as Queen and she was very sweet!

My daughter Janiya and I went into the office to inquire about a 3 bedroom the staff was very pleasant as I viewed a 2 bedroom model. I am not a resident yet but Queen and the other lady made me feel right at home. At no time did we feel rushed or ignored! I think we found our new home!

I just moved in recently and I must say I love my apartment ! It’s spacious it’s nice ! It was easy to get in the apartment people are so nice and helpful ! They are gated fully so you can feel safe… I would def recommend if you have nowhere to go !

I would highly recommend Tucker Square Apartments Homes to anyone. I've lived here for 5 years it's quiet and clean. And Management here is AWESOME. Whenever I've had any maintenance issues they always send some one right away. It's really a great place to call home.

The first day I stepped into the office everyone made me feel welcome. Ms. Cheryl was (is) very professional and understanding I explained to her my situation at the time. Ms. Cheryl made me feel like this was going to be home after talking to her I didn’t want to look any further. fast forward I then met wonderful office assistant Julia offer speaking over the phone and in person. These two woman has truly made me and my family welcome. I normally don’t write comments but had to. It feels like a family they care about the tenants. Now that I've moved in when I have a problem come out to fix it. Tucker Square Apartments your staff is Phenomenal. Thank you

I recently became a tenant at Tucker Square Apartments. I really cant say enough about the entire staff and the property. They have really worked hard at making the inside of the apartments nice to keeping the grounds clean. They have wonderful staff that work on the apartments as well. There were a couple of things that needed addressing and they got right to it and kept me informed. When I came in I was introduced to Julia M. and she was just simply incredible from the first experience. She assisted me through the whole application process and picking an apartment. She is really worth her weight in gold. She is so responsive and professional. She got right to all the details and helped me with all the things that needed to be processed for the apartment. They are not about getting you in and out . They truly care. I feel safe here. I am so appreciative of them all. Fantastic Staff.

I came to tucker square after a horrible experience with another apartment complex. They moved me in same day, to a renovated ROACH- FREE beautiful unit. I haven’t been able to enjoy the amenities yet because of corona, but they are plentiful - working gate, 8 feet pool, gyms with showers, outside balcony, grills, all kept clean even during closure. The property manager drives through regularly, talks to residents and guests, and ensures the grounds are clean. Some of the leasing staff live here themselves, which speaks volumes about the community. I love everything about this complex, and not only one but several of my friends are seriously interested in living here too. I don’t have a bad word to say.

The ladies of the office are amazing!!!!! I explained my experience to Julia and was moved in within a day. The apartments themselves don’t look like much but once inside I was amazed, all new appliances, no old peeling paint, and most importantly no dame roaches. Definitely would recommend and customer service is thee best I’ve experience in Stone Mountain.

Tucker Square Apt was a life saver for me and my family!! It has been a great place to live I have let my apt door unlocked know one went inside. Taking from someone moving from Florida, and afraid of change, Tucker Square has treated me and my family like family new appliances, overall great neighbors community has been awesome & schools are great as well.. The staff is very friendly and very helpful, the manager has the heart of God.. Julia and Cedric are both Outstanding workers!! Not to explain the Security of the place is on Point!! The Smiles your greeted with from the door, safety has never been a issue for me from the very first day as a tenant. The Sparkling pool. Tucker Square apartment is a great place to live. I can say that because I live their and my experience has been Awesome.. Don't judge the book by the cover before you read it for yourself....

I was living in the Tucker Square Complex for 3 years. The transformation is WoW!. The staff is great and will hear you out. I wish I could have avoided my situation. However, it is quiet, the renovations are great and the updated mailbox unit is nice. I didn't have any issues. If I could show pictures of what I came into to now, you would ask me why did I move but with the Elite Management it is just that. Elite!. Great job. No Team tops this Team. Have a Great and blessed day. And yes I would move here again and recommended this community. My neighbors were not bad at all.

Listen!! if you’re looking to live where the management team cares about you.. this is the place!!! Mr. Antheony Lundy is the absolute best!! Every time I’ve ever had to talk to him he was very attentive compassionate and kind hearted and always kept his word.. that’s rare these days to find someone as such. He has no idea how his kind spirit blessed me. Everyone in the office has always been nice but especially Mr Lundy he’s the one I had to actually communicate with.

I've been living here for almost 2 years and this place has done a complete 180. The upgrades to the apartments are absolutely wonderful. Stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen and a maintenance staff that is quick in responding to requests makes living here a luxury. The staff is always polite and courteous whenever I call or go in. The property manager is a stickler for clean grounds and it shows. EVERY morning maintenance is cleaning grounds of possible litter and the yards crew are always seen cutting the limbs and grass and putting down fresh straw to keep the appearance of the grounds presstine. The new management has work very hard to not only keep the property neat and clean but, also in keep the wrong element out. It is quiet here. The gate is always in working order now and security can always be seen on the property making patrols. The location in perfect. Easy access to 78. Minutes away from Gwinnett and Tucker. I love it here and so will you.

Julia, cedrick and the whole staff were absolutely amazing and made my move a breeze! I was so annoyed and frustrated that I had to move so quickly but the Tucker Square Apartments team made it all so simple! I am in love with my apartment! It’s just me and my son and we are very happy. The staff was courteous, met all of my needs, answered all of my questions and fixed any minor issues QUICKLY. I hope to stay here for a while and they have made that hope a reality for me. THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES!

I love the new management company. I like how fast they are when it comes to your needs and concerns. They keep the apartments clean. Haven’t had any problems since I moved in in 2019. Thank you to Ms Cheryl, Mr Cedric, and Ms Julia. They are the best never once had a problem or complaint.
