I live in another state and have been using Joyce Merck Florist for years to send flowers to family and friends on special occasions. They are always so nice, dependable, and send beautiful flowers and plants! My mother was a florist for over 40 years so I love supporting a local florist.

I received a frightening call from my father several days ago that my mother fell and was in the hospital in Gainesville and needed hip surgery. This morning I called Joyce Merck Florist and made an order for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to the hospital for my mother.

They were very professional and kind and took my order and was going to deliver it today. They sent me a photo of the arrangement. Most beautiful and they went the extra mile to make it far more full than I expected!

My mother will be overjoyed and it will help her mentally with the challenge of getting better and out of the hospital. What a high quality florist Gainesville has!

I ordered flowers for a funeral and they were just beautiful. So fresh looking and the houndstooth bow was perfect. (for an Alabama fan) would definitely recommend and use again. They were so pleasant and helpful.

Very Helpful on the phone and very nice flowers, my girlfriend loved the delivery service and i would recommend this florist. Confirmation texts would've been nice so I could track the order, but i understand this is a small company with few drivers so I am not complaining.
