Publix Super Market at Sam's Crossing Village

The best Publix around ... but then I'm biased because it's so close to me, and I no longer think to go to any other. The biggest deli I've seen. Grab a sandwich, or get Suchi - always fresh. Great service from staff in every area. I like the deli staff - my favorite are those that make the sandwiches. Pleasant and moves pretty quickly.

Publix Supermarket is situated very close to Avondale Marta station in a nice little shopping mall, it is a new construction so everything looks fresh and new.
Publix is renowned for its fresh quality produce and this branch certainly lives up to that fact, it’s nicely laid out and looks so fresh.
The store is quite large with well laid well stocked aisles, there is plenty of food staff if you need a question answered who are very helpful and willingness to help is clear to see.
There is a snack area, where you can from the salad quarter, the cake counter, the sandwich counter , the drinks counter or the dinner counter all the offerings look fresh and of good quality, the prices are so reasonable.
Bonus is there is a well stocked pharmacy area, with rest rooms, all in all its a good place to do your shopping

Great new Publix. Always well-stoked. Very light and clean inside. I drive a couple of minutes further to go this Publix for weekly shopping. Nice tables/chairs area for deli food. Pub sub line is as slow as any other Publix. Parking lot could be bigger.

I AM giving this location five stars today, although I had minor incident with self check out and the lady clerk ( straight confused ), whatever the MANAGER did when he arrived fixed ALL OF THIS and solidified my business at his location!

a mistake turned chaotic lol. I will take responsibility and be more mindful with Publix self check;

CLEARLY THE CLERKS don’t tell you which lines are cash only/card only; but expect us to look at the small print on the screen;

OF WHICH WAS NOT PRESENT ON MY CHECKOUT SCREEN,

thus the mistake. I have only seen clerks at other grocery stores be VERY VOCAL about card only/cash only lines. Jut saying 🤷‍♂

This particular store is top-notch. Always clean and stocked with whatever you need. And just so you know, the pharmacy department at this location is Top Tier if you need any prescriptions filled. They went above and beyond and took the time to go over each prescription, even though I showed up 20 mins before closing. After spending hours at the hospital and barely making it there in the first place.

This morning I was here at my neighborhood Publix and once I was at the register running up the meat I was buying was the wrong price. I alerted Jasmine and Deborah to the issue and they nicely allowed me to double check the price, to which I confirmed that the price I saw on the product was correct. They delivered great customer service quickly handled the issue the manager John checked on the situation to make sure things were going seamless as well. In the end due to the issue they made sure I received the product for free. They were very kind and I’m glad this Publix is in our neighborhood.

Often in service oriented industries it’s not IF something goes wrong with processes it WILL, but it’s often how you rectify it and the kindness you bring to fixing the issue. They seem to understand that and want to give great customer service. Thank you Publix

The customer service team and Larry in floral dept. was so helpful and kind. They made my experience a great one as i prepared for my mothers birthday today. One of my fav locations.

The store, as expected is very clean and spacious. My review is related to its Pharmacy. Visited, along with my wife, for Covid Booster doze.... the pharmacists were so pleasant and very efficient. We were through in just about 10 minutes.

Went 2 the bakery and within seconds an attendant appeared and was as helpful as any person could ever be, so nice and sweet and professional!..I was impressed bcuz she was so young..our youth are very disrespectful right Now(parents/guardians/school admin. 1/2 at fault, Negative influence from "Social Media" other 1/2!)

Went on a busy Saturday before the “Big Game” and I needed balloons for my grandma’s birthday party. I hate being that customer that needed something extra when it’s already packed, but two younger gentlemen were very helpful in getting some helium for my balloons.

I’ve always been a Publix fan anyway but today I purchased something that I thought was BOGO but didn’t ring up that way. When I asked the attendant (I think he might have been store manager?) he was so kind and gave me an amazing discount “for my troubles”. This cemented my love of Publix - the best service!

Y’all! I’m about to eat the most delicious sandwich created by Chy who has gone out of her way to make it perfectly even when supplies were running low. She’s been running around restocking and helping her teammates all while tending to my requests. I appreciate you, Chy! I hope you get a raise!

I love coming here. Such a great selection of cheeses, wines and fish! Clean and organized. Publix lives up to their slogan. Shopping here is a pleasure!!

Omg my cake was EVERYTHING !!! The bakery manager is so professional and helpful. She really made my day LITERALLY!! The customer service here is unmatched . Even when I initially went and placed my order back in April the woman who helped me was very patient suggestive and helpful. My cake turned out PERFECT !!!

Great location, selection, very busy, customers looked happy. Even though it was busy, I did not wait. Cashier was smiling when I approached her.

First time at this location and I was not disappointed! Publix is the "it" store anyway lol. I live in a food desert so the Publix near me in Lithonia is always out of something. I was looking for some Swai in the freezer section and didn't see any so I asked Debra at the seafood counter and she advise it was out of stock. To my surprise Debra placed an order and located me at checkout to let me know it was ordered. Now that's outstanding customer service! Fast forward to Thursday, December 21 - called and spoke with Debra and she confirmed the order of Swai arrived. I have not had customer service like this since 2019 before the pandemic!

The store was clean but there were empty containers on the salad bar. That made slim pickings for my salad choices.

Tigst in the Deli department is absolutely wonderful . She made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted . Her customer service is 10000 out of 10. Thank you Tigst.

I love me some Publix. The buy 1 get on free on groceries and my fresh cook breaded chicken wings from the Deli

Clean, organized and well stocked. Like every other Publix I've been to, no major complaints.
