The food is always great 👍. The staff is very friendly and happy and serves is the best.
One downfall is that it is SANITATION, CLEANING ( table wipe down and chairs, bathroom, trashcans out
in the dinner area and front lines.
Front line change pans a little more often.

Take care of these chores. That A is dropping
to a D-. I love Bojangle. We ordered our holiday
meals there.

Stopped in to eat and was greeted bye a
very polite employee seemed very professional liked that my order was right and that's hard to get nowadays he also was very polite. These are the employees you want too have working for you . Very clean restaurant 👌

My experience was amazing. The food was extremely fresh. Even though we had to wait 20 minutes for a new batch of chicken, the manager, Logan made sure that he went over and beyond for us. We will definitely be coming back.

The food is only good when they have certain staff in the kitchen. Im sorry, but some folks just can't cook. The bacon should not still look raw when it hits your biscuit. I don't know why for the life of me ppl find that to be good. I like to eat bacon that has a bit of a crisp, not chewy. Again, it's only like that when certain PEOPLE are in the kitchen.

The food was delicious and the lady that waited on us was super polite! An overall great experience!

Now I always heard about they breakfast today I got to try it for myself. Guess what it did not disappoint. For my first time I give 10 out of 10. I had the sausage egg and cheese. They even scramble my eggs on the Biscuit. I had two of them it was so good with the rounds. 😋 they were under staff but the staff was polite and gave me great customer service. I came to Bojangles this morning just before 10 o’clock. The place was super busy, due to being short staffed. I know it’s impossible to get anyone to work anymore, but the people that showed up were awesome. There were only about five or six employees in the whole building, yet a manager, and a lady doing all the food work we’re rocking it. Please let them know they are appreciated.

My first time going to this particular location, but I can promise you it will not be my last! The drive through staff were friendly, asked if I needed any jelly,honey, and wished me a blessed day! Love the enthusiasm!

The food was great, but what really stood out was the friendliness of the staff. We were greeted with a smile and eye contact, which is rare these days. We were made to feel valued and welcome.

Very courteous customer service... Food was good... Unfortunately, I've come to expect less than ideal service from from most restaurant chains, but this place was refreshingly different.

The new closing manager has done an outstanding job of taking care of the orders making sure the service is not flawed but still giving the highest service.

Princess is the best thing going for this location. It's refreshing to have someone smile for a change. She doesn't know my name but she knows my face and car. Always has something nice to say. Thanks for your smile my friend.

Went for a late dinner tonight and had the best service I’ve ever had at a Bojangles. Staff was extremely nice and food is hot and fresh!

Very friendly,clean and efficient. I didnt mind the 18 minute wait, when waiting for fresh food. And everything was in the bag like I asked. I will for sure be back to this location.

I had tremendous service here. Kind and quick! Great breakfast and a great late night crew as well. I went on a Monday night. Again very appreciative of there service.
