Coffee here is STRONG. The vibe is super cute and I love how they have repurposed plane seats etc for this spot. There is a private meeting room as well. Service was a little slow, seemed like they need to work on their speed to make coffee and there was a slight learning curve in typing in the coffee order. The experience was good though. Their story is fun. Parking is not that convenient unless you’re there before most of the square opens. The free parking deck is close so that does help! Very cool concept, excited to see it popping up in other areas too. Wasn’t too busy, definitely would come sit there with a laptop and do some work.

As any review of this place is bound to mention, the decor/vibe of this place is impressive and bound to please just about any customer. My wife and I enjoyed excellent coffee and really tasty chocolate croissant and chocolate cookies. We were very happy that we found this shop and got to duck inside out of a heavy rain and enjoy the calm atmosphere, pleasant music, and delicious refreshments. We are looking greatly forward to returning.

We’re trying out a new coffee places and this was a great find! Cute place, love the plane decor. They have a bunch of themed kids toys and props, like a captains hat that families were enjoying.

My hubs loved the green chili burrito.

Gluten free!!! I stuck with the gluten free blueberry maple oatmeal but then noticed a sign for Gluten Free Brazilian Cheese bread!! We ordered 10 to-go and immediately ate one in the car as they were nice and got. O M G!! These are like a biscuit and mozzarella stick had a baby and they’re gluten free! I would highly recommend.

Try the special- Espresso Do Murilo! Based on the menu - “A spoonful of Brazilian doce de leite (creamy caramel) melted into a double shot of espresso named after our owner, Murilo.”

Cozy coffee shop with great coffee and awesome decor. Really enjoyed the outing and sipping our coffees in the shop. Was easy to converse without music, although a little background jazz would have been cool. 😃 We will be back!

As a frequent flier - a former Delta Diamond Medallion - I'm finding this place absolutely adorable. I love the beverage carts and the first class seating with "windows" that look like you're on board a plane. It's too darned cute!

Of course, coffee shops should be about the coffee and the working space. My iced coffee was perfect and my high top table was comfortable. Or I could have sat in one of the aircraft seats that look like they were pulled from a 767 which look awesome but balancing a laptop on a tray table isn't ideal.

Low, quiet music. Speedy wifi. Great coffee. It's five stars for me.

Delightful Saturday morning! I enjoyed the Caramel Apple Cinnamon Latté with an Iberian Empañada. Such a fun atmosphere and great service. We sat by the cruise ship portals. The clientele are friendly and I'll certainly be back with a friend soon!

My wife and I enjoyed some nice coffee here with a friend and this place is really neat. The atmosphere is unique and the employees were friendly. The coffee was also very good. Glad we were able to visit while in town.

If you are looking for GREAT coffee, this is your spot! If you know a good bit about coffee, you’ll find great specialty coffee! Even if you are not interested in specialty coffee, you’ll find what you are looking for here! My husband ordered the pour over in Nosara and loved it! I asked the very sweet barista to surprise me on my latte flavors. She did AMAZING! She surprised me with a salted caramel and vanilla latte! Not only is the coffee great, but so is the staff!! You are greeted with a warm welcome! I will definitely be returning to this coffee shop!

If only airplane bathrooms had windows like the bathroom at Boarding Pass Coffee! I don’t get to travel as much as I like, but felt like I was heading off to some exotic destination while enjoying a great cup of coffee. Highly recommend!

First of all, super cute place!! I went in two days in a row and it did not disappoint either time. I noticed the flavors changed from one day to the next (they were super busy, opening week, so understandable!) but I asked for suggestions and I’m glad I did. I tried a chocolate croissant, a Brown *something* Toffee Latte and the Lavender White Chocolate Latte; everything was delicious!

However, my favorite thing about this place was the people! Everyone was super nice and caring both times. As I waited for my coffee I observed how the team went out to check up on guests and when the owner came over to ask how everything was going, she sat for a minute to talk about the book I was reading.

Super attentive team, cute place, good coffee! Definitely will be coming back often!

I am so excited Boarding Pass has come to Gainesville! Not only is it unique - on one side of the restaurant, you can feel as though you’re on an airplane, and on the other side, a passenger on a cruise ship - but the food is excellent as well! Have a coffee and dessert or iced tea and a sandwich! The service is excellent as well. One of my favorite touches - the trash can… (“Seriously? A trash can?” you ask. YES, the trash can!)

Highly recommend this place! I ordered a matcha and my boyfriend ordered a latte. Both were a delicious. The service was great and the staff is very friendly. Overall the atmosphere is relaxing and we will be coming back.

My boyfriend and I love trying new coffee shops and boarding pass exceeded our expectations. The owner gave us samples of the espresso on the house and was so welcoming. The atmosphere was incredible themed,felt like we were on a flight. The Americano 11/10 would recommend ,we will be back.

What a great find in a cute little town. Great coffee and great service. The layout is very unique and it is a great place to sit and do some remote work while enjoying a top quality cup of coffee. Wish we could get one of these in FL!

This is a great place for grabbing a coffee and maybe a snack. They have put a lot of effort in the decor and it fits really well in the City's newly renovated downtown Square. It is a must stop after eating at one of the nearby restaurants. I think the owner roasts the coffee in small batches from the family's coffee farm in Brazil. Great stop - don't miss it!

I have gone here several times- the coffee is always amazing. This morning I had the best experience, I had my daughter (in a car seat) with me. I had ordered 4 coffees to go, the barista was so kind to me and offered to help get the door/take stuff out to my car for me. I will continue to recommend my friends and family here, those small gestures of kindness went a long way for me- thank you!!

You have to sign up for a coffee tasting!! Amazing experience! Whether you are just starting your coffee journey or are a coffee connoisseur, you will be pleasantly surprised at the amount of detail, care and passion put into this. I LOVE Boarding Pass. There's a handful of Gainesville Square coffee shops now but Boarding Pass is my favorite. I love the coffee, the seasonal offerings, the quality breakfast/lunch menu, and the staff & service are always so kind and approachable. On top of all that, the travel theme and decor are right up my alley. Highly creative and well-executed. Definitely give them a shot when in the area!
