Cook's Pest Control

They are great. Great communication and do not have any problems with bugs except flies outside which not much can be done about that I am told. We had a horrible ant problem in the house which has completely abated. They also installed and serve the termite traps which has not been a problem again. Been with these nice people for almost 20 years.

They have a technician who works on our house and her name is Stormy. My bugs are terrified of her and they plead with us to get someone else on the job!!
Seriously....best technician and pest control service we have used!

There has never been a time where I haven't called them and they haven't been right over to fix my problem. I like that even the owner has come out and sprayed my house when I had ants.

While driving on the side of the road my tire ripped and I didn’t have a jack or a spare. I was slowly driving on the side of the road to go to the tire shop about five miles ahead. Brett made a u-turn, offered to let me use his spare tire, but it didn’t fit. He then very graciously jacked up my car assisted with taking off the tire, drove me to the tire shop to get a new one and then drove me back to my car.

Brett explained to me he got clearance from his supervisor to assist me. His company believes in helping others even if they are not current customers. I believe this says a lot about this company’s integrity and foundational beliefs.

The products are comprehensive and just in the couple of days since we had our house serviced, it has been noticeably better in terms of the rodent activity in the attic that we were hearing. I think they're running scared at this point, which is great! The level of service we received is peerless- Justin made me feel like he really cares about our pest problem and seems determined to resolve it quickly. Great company. Honest, friendly and the product works! We struggled with insects after moving into the home and nothing worked. They were honest and said it would take a little time to truly work and not be a temporary fix. Trust them! It works.

I was using a different company and was having continuous problems with them. Jake, the sales manager, came out and talked to me about everything and had Hayden out to do a mosquito treatment for me! Hayden was great! I also had Doug come out within the next day of calling to do the basic pest control. Doug was very knowledgeable about everything and went above and beyond for me! Definitely recommend this company!

Cook’s has outstanding communication, customer service and professionalism. Since the property they serve is not my main home, I cannot always be in the area for service visits. They work with me to arrange access and their employees are just so pleasant!
