Have been renting from them for a couple of years now, great people to rent from. They fix anything that goes wrong and is always on time! If you handle your business on your end you won't have to worry about them, they let you LIVE!! Highly recommended.

Awesome Company to rent from

No issuses

They were professional but not very helpful, spent a week and a half just trying to confirm a property had internet. Everything was ready to go but I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone. Got a number to a person that never answered and received no follow up.

Overall, not a horrible experience but far from decent. Talked to a guy named Dave who was fine but not all that helpful overall. Not going to judge a person off of a couple phone conversations but it read like a person doing step 1 2 and 3 out of a basic sales book. Didn't really take the time to answer my main concern (did the place have an ethernet hookup or internet at all), just repeated that there's a lot of interest in the property and to not wait too long, then provided another person to contact with my question.

I'm sure they're great people, Amanda specifically was great to talk to, however the contact I got from her never answered.

Overall, I'm probably an outlier in terms of their overall service, but if anyone reading this review gets the same interaction (calls with a handful of concerns but is responded to with sales and scarcity tactics) then that's what they're about and you should understand that before conducting business with them.

RENTERS BEWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!! The Property Manager named “ Krista Wright “ is very unprofessional as well as unstable mentally and very rude. My daughter had inquired about becoming a new tenant and first and foremost she was unsure after reading and noticing the poor reviews on this property but decided to not go off of the reviews due to sometimes being false for personal reasons. After her first interaction with the property manager she referred to it as a “ Not So Pleasant “ meeting due to her walk through appointment that ended in Krista becoming irritate and upset because of my daughter noticing that the unit wasn’t move in ready. There were issues with the back door not opening and then noticing that the dishwasher didn’t work as well as still having a dishwasher full of dishes that she told my daughter she could just move them and put them in the trash which was very poor in taste. After my daughter told Krista that the unit wasn’t fit for her and my grandchild to move in. That’s when Krista began to curse and become very angry and frustrated to the point that my daughter noticed that she kept placing her hand on her concealed weapon that was in her purse which was very uncalled for to even feel the need to carry a weapon to do a walk through. At this point my child felt that her and my grandchild were in an uncomfortable situation, so she decided to not go forth with becoming a tenant and requested her deposit back. So if you’re looking for a quick place to live and don’t mind that when addressing concerns within your unit becoming a very big issue, then be my guest! This property manager is a slumlord that’s in this business for her own financial gain and not creating a pleasant place for her tenants to feel comfortable. After noticing that not even 24 hours the unit that my daughter expressed issues about was placed back online for rent and for even more money. This woman Krista should be ashamed and unhappy with herself as to how she presented herself unprofessionally as a Property Manager because that’s bad for business as well as uninviting if you’re trying to get people to occupy your property. Shame On You that you lost a person that would’ve been an excellent tenant. So that’s my reason for the 1 star rating.

I was considering applying for a property but of course I read the comments first and wow. Start with the least comments first.

No ma'am I left a less then positive review because of the uncouth owner responses to them. If the be blessed is coming from you keep it. Better yet see if you can use it to take a few customer service courses.

Please double and triple check if you REALLY want a property this company manages BEFORE applying. They don't choose the first qualified applicant, they choose the applicant they think will be best for the property. They do NOT give any refunds on app fees even if you do not do the credit and background check! You will be out of your money if you change your mind, if you're qualified but someone else is more qualified, and if you're not qualified for the property. Be careful and just think if you want the property 100% before you even click on the application. Read everything on the post/application.

@WCR Nothing I said was false. Me applying to multiple properties is irrelevant and had nothing to do with this review. I just gave an honest review and heads up to the people who may want to apply to a property. Your response is weird, much like your other responses which shows you really only care about the reviews that aren't positive. My review is just a heads up but yea good luck to you too. :)

My husband and I applied to a property that Wright Choice is managing. The email correspondence was professional but then I received a call directly from Krista. She was rude and had negative presumptions about us as she inquired more about our income sources after we gave them all the confidential paperwork, background check and information they asked for plus we thoroughly explained our businesses.

Because of her tone and the way she rudely addressed me even though I was an interested renter and potential customer, I wanted to tell her we no longer were interested just to avoid interacting with her. The only reason I didn't was because we had paid the application fee and I wanted to see if we were approved.

As a business they need to offer the best customer service and treat all applicants who spent their hard earned money to apply with the UTMOST respect. Quality customer service is necessary even if there is a high housing demand and they are screening applicants.

Wright Choice Realtors are the WRONG choice .... Please save yourself from dealing with them as much as possible! It's not worth it.
