I love this location so much that I had to get a membership.
So far, it's such a better experience than the other car washes in our area. The drive thru cashier, Ashley was a big help getting my membership activated, as well as giving me complimentary car scent, microfiber towel, and car surface kit! They are always clean and the customer service is EXCELLENT!! Keep up the great work guys! I appreciate great companies with awesome service!

I judge a place on the customer service I receive. Olivia was wonderful. She took time to explain the different packages as well as assured me my car would be the cleanest I've seen it in a while. She wasn't just blowing smoke. My truck is shining brightly. This is my new favorite car wash!

Marcus was super nice and friendly!! I love this location because it’s convenient and always clean. Vacuum suction is always consistent. the app drive thru lane makes the process quick and easy. 10/10 recommend

I moved to Buford however I still get my ride washed at Tommy's in Snellville.

marcus was very welcoming and kindly described all the the different types of washes they provide, his customer service was excellent i will be coming more often because of him. also the vacuums here are really strong i love it here.

Stopped here because it was convenient and looked new. After 3 days and over 1,000 miles of driving on mostly wet highways, my car desperately need a wash. Totally satisfied with the result. Well done, Tommy's.

I was hesitant at first, but I like this location. I am at the corner of Sugarlioaf and Scenic Hwy. The staff is always nice and helpful. The location is clean and well lit. I am not always able to get here during daylight hours and appreciate a well lit area at 7pm. I will continue to use this location.

My mat got stuck in the mat washer and Olvia was very sweet and got it out for me. I was also short on time so she gave me a card to fill out at home. 10/10 customer service!!
