Love this location! Yesenia always helps me navigate my phone if I have any questions. Recommend this location 10/10. They're staff are all so friendly too!

It was great! The only problem is that I couldn't get the phone I wanted because it is an out of date phone... K was like what??? But got a new phone and new number. Some how my Stylo S6 got hacked and they got into everything... I even had to shut down my bank account as well.... No fun!!! So people be aware of the Stylo S6!!!

I love this store and they have the best customer service out of all metro stores in Gainesville and they are very friendly and helpful too.

LIZ AT THE ATLANTA HWY LOCATION IS TOP NOTCH !!! I GOT REALLY POOR SERVICE AT ANOTHER LOCATION AND SHE TOOK THE TIME TO GET EVERYTHING STRAIGHTENED OUT AND I LEFT AS A HAPPY CUSTOMER !!!! THIS WILL BE MY LOCAL STORE FROM NOW ON... THANK YOU LIZ AGAIN FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

This store is amazing. They hired new girls there and the customer service is super good. Definitely making this MY TO GO store. :)

After 10 rounds on the phone with customer service and a trip to another location, this one finally solved my issue!!! Imo this is the better of the sites!!

El personal es muy atento,las 3 ocaciones que he estado ahí me han ayudado de manera rápida y solucionado mis problemas con los teléfonos o la línea.

Muy bien con el servicio que dan, muy diferente comparada con la que esta enfrente de walmart donde ni te ayudan. Me encanto esta tienda, regresare !
