Skyline Contracting did an exceptional job on our home and deck renovation/addition projection. We have used Skyline for previous home projects and will use them again in the future. Billy Walters, our project manager, was a joy to work with. He went over and beyond to take care of our home, during our project!

Skyline Contracting did an excellent job repairing my roof several years ago after it had been damaged by a severe storm. Terry assessed the damage and helped me work with my insurance company on the repairs. The roofing work was thorough and professional. One issue with my roof is that it has two unusual gables with a very steep pitch, and a couple of years after the job was complete some of the shingles dislodged from the gables. Recently, Terry personally inspected the problem and then made the repairs himself. I highly recommend Skyline for roofing projects — they’re great to deal with and they stand behind their woek.

I cannot compliment Terry enough for sticking with us through this process. We had two bathrooms flood a month a part. With covid, hurricanes and the confusion caused by two claims, it took the insurance company nearly four months to finalize the payout. Terry was with us at each step advocating on our behalf. Once the project started, Terry communicated every step of the way. Overall the work was rock solid and the few items on the punch list were taken care off. His team was courteous and cleaned up after every days of work. We felt completely comfortable having them come and go as they needed while we maintained our busy schedule. I would highly recommend Terry and his team.

I have a modern home with a flat roof. The original design and construction of the roof were defective. The roof was too flat, allowing water to pool, and the roof materials deteriorated. We had water damage in every upstairs room. We decided to remove the entire roof, including the plywood and insulation under the roof, and then replace it with a tapered insulation TPO roof. We also added gutters around the house. In addition to and related to the roof issues, the house was built with a partially covered roof-top patio but the patio walls had no flashing or any type of waterproofing, resulting in damage to the walls and the roof to the room below. We decided to remove and rebuild the walls of the roof-top patio and extend the roof to fully cover the patio. We also added flashing to the stone wall tops. Skyline Contracting managed the general contractor and roofing work, extending the roof over the patio and then replacing the entire roof. Skyline also did the interior remediation and multiple punch-out requests to help fully repair and then waterproof the exterior of the house. Skyline was on schedule, the crews worked all day, cleaned their mess before leaving and the manager, Terry Garrett, was always responsive and transparent about the process and cost. I was not looking for the cheapest option. I was looking for someone I could trust and who would deliver quality work and fix all the water and roofing issues. Skyline did that and more. I am very happy with their work and the whole experience. I recommend you call Skyline and ask for Terry Garrett.

I can’t say enough good things about Skyline! They go above and beyond on every project. They are professional but yet feel like family! They’ve completely renovated our whole home, redid our laundry room after a flood and just added a new back deck!! Everything they do is top notch! I would recommend them to anyone! We have been more than pleased with everything they do! Wes, Tyler, Scott and Chris get our stamp of approval!! We’re thankful for y’all!

We have worked with Wes and his team over the past two years for roof repair and a major remodel. I have used Skyline Contracting before for attic venting repairs and again when a tree fell on the corner of the garage along with other storm roofing issues and I was totally pleased. They worked well with my insurance company and got things repaired in a timely manner and always kept me in the loop. This time they replaced my two front doors. I had looked for quite some time to find contractors that would work so close to aluminum siding with no luck. Skyline Contracting did a great job. Like they said, "All you have to do is be careful." I worked with Terry and Jason on a residential project to replace sheetrock and flooring after a toilet overflowed while I was out of town. It was great working with them. Terry did an amazing job understanding our priorities, and both Jason and Terry were always reachable via phone. Very upfront and honest guys. I would happily work with them again. Next time I have an issue where I think I might need to get insurance involved, I'm going to these guys first because they will do what's in my best interest.

Skyline did a great job replacing our roof that had hail damage. They worked with my insurance company and made the process very easy for me. Quality and efficient work by the crew and great communication from my project manager. From inspection, to quote, to scheduling, and installation Skyline was great to work with through this process. Terry at Skyline Contracting has been wonderful to work with. I own an insurance agency and usually call on Terry to give me an opinion on roof repair issues for my clients. This time, Terry and Skyline Contracting replaced my roof, painted the house and did some general carpentry maintenance to the exterior. I have to say that the experience was a very pleasant one indeed. Terry and his team were very professional, courteous, and skilled. Skyline accurately estimated costs and insurance company reluctance to cover storm damage to Atlas Chalet shingles. Repeated courteous and professional contact with the insurance company (Allstate) in the end led to Allstate doing most of what they should have done. Good professional attitude and aptitude on the part of Skyline led to satisfactory results.

Skyline also acted as a referral for good contractors for work independent of the shingle replacement. Our 500 sq. ft deck needed some repair and stain work, which was well done by the company Skyline recommended.

Skyline was ready and at hand for all scheduling, oversight, and invoicing, as needed.

Well done! We will surely contact Skyline before our next journey into the potential moneypit known as home ownership.

Like many others, we fell into the trap of contractors who come out and look at the job and then disappear. We finally decided to contact Skyline after a recommendation from a friend. We are so glad we did! Micah came out promptly and assessed our metal roof and gutters and gave an accurate quote within days. The professionalism of everyone we have encountered at Skyline can’t be matched. We’ve used them to replace gutters, perform maintenance on our tin roof, install foam core insulation (highly recommend this product!!), do some electrical work, provide access to our attic through a built-in bookcase, and now we are getting more electrical work and foam core insulation installed. We won’t use another company for home repairs because their prices are fair, they handle our home with care, and they show up on time and on schedule. Don’t waste your time with anyone else!

I also want to add that Micah brought a gift for our newborn baby when they showed up to work on the bookcases and that was so thoughtful and kind of him to do.

Skyline was great! We used them at our home for some gutter repair/installation and the work was great and completed in a timely manner! With that being said, because of the great job that they did at my home, I also recommended them to the owner of the company I work for to do some roof inspections, gutter repairs as well as some drywall/remodeling work on either the office building and or the owners personal home. Sam, Paul and Micah have been nothing but professional yet personable and easy to talk to always taking time to explain! They are also always early or on time for appointments! KUDOS to Skyline. I would recommend them hands down!

The team at Skyline helped us to design and create our beautiful new kitchen. We have used them for several projects over the past 2 years and know that they are trustworthy, responsive and do great work. We cannot praise Sam, Paul and Skyline Roofing enough! Because of the hurricane this fall, we needed to replace our roof. We have Allstate Insurance and they originally approved only to replace a couple shingles on an old roof. Sam came out multiple times to take pictures and video, talk to the adjuster and email our claim representative. His persistence finally paid off and Allstate agreed to a new roof. We paid far less for our roof than many of our neighbors and yet the quality and workmanship was as good or better. They had the materials on site the day before the job, showed up and started working at 7 AM on the day of the job (It was still dark!) and we had a new roof before the day was over. They also replaced rotten decking and added ridge vents in addition to the architectural shingles they installed. They did a great job cleaning up and everything was gone the next day. I appreciate that they didn't take up our driveway but got in and out. The roof looks great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we are talking to them about doing other work for us.
