Grayson Academy

Have been a part of the Grayson Academy family for 10+ years starting with my younger brother. Now bringing my own child to get the same love and care we have grown to know. Staff and owners are amazing and responsive. Everyone in the building is kind and greats you with nothing but smiles.

This place is so wonderful for my son he’s growing in milestones since being with Grayson Academy he’s more verbal since attending and more attentive. The facilities are always clean. Everyone is always friendly and speaks, amazing staff.

I have been meaning to review this facility. First off let me say thank you to Grayson Academy, you have provided a safe, educational space for my child the past 3.5 years. He started in the Twos class, moved his way through to Advance Private Pre-K, and now attends before care here. I know when I drop my child off in the mornings he is always in good hands. From the management(Mrs. Sy, Tashida, Kiesha), teachers(Mrs. Della, Eileen, Garcia, Yemisi), and assistive personnel(Mr Melvin) everyone is pleasant and welcoming. I’m so happy I found this place when we first moved to Gwinnett county. As a working mother the childcare hours are unmatched in the area.

My daughter has attended this academy for three and half years. I was on the waiting list for 6 months and I knew once I saw this place this is where I wanted her to go. I would be naive to believe every school, daycare, center, etc. will be perfect but what Grayson is, they continue to strive for the highest and maintain to be Great. They communicate well, help out the community and work well with the parents. I have sent several parents here and they approve thus far. My daughter enjoys coming to her (small school) before and after her (big school) as she calls it. They held it down during the pandemic and know how to work around situations. The G in Grayson stands for Greatness... and my child has become that being here.

I had the best experience putting my child on the waiting list for Pre-K and wish it was a spot available for my child to attend! The Director Syterra answered all my questions, made me feel that my child would have a sense of belonging and would be in great hands if my child attended here. It is rare to find places where you feel comfortable to take your kid with transitioning and getting older and ready for school, and I felt like that at Grayson Academy! Thank you Syterra for making my visit great!

Ok I had to write a review because this past week at pickup my toddler doesn’t want to leave! I truly believes he loves attending Grayson academy. He had a speech delay and trouble communicating with me. He is now on par for his verbal milestones and communicating through sign language as well! Miss Kenya and the staff at the front are always so nice and welcoming when you walk in. The location is secure with 2 locked doors that require a key card, as well as security cameras throughout the school. His teachers are loving and comforting toward him. He runs into Miss Mackenzie’s arms in the morning and it just makes us feel good knowing we’re leaving him with people who care for him like their own. We just put the baby on the waitlist too and can’t wait to watch her grow and thrive there as well. Thank you Grayson Academy!!!

I have 3 children at Grayson Academy. One started at 4 months and is now a year and a half, 2 going on 4, and 9 going on 11. My children have all developed in different ways, good days and rough ones too. We have experienced new teachers and changing classes together. It took one of out kids A WHILE to adjust to drop off every morning. But Ms. Syterra and the morning staff were always patient! But the biggest highlight I have right now in mind is the days I come in exhausted from work, sleepy from sleepless nights, and overwhelmed just from being a working mom, wife, Soldier and entrepreneur. The staff and supervisors still remain understanding, funny and graceful! The waiting list was a good one to be on.

Grayson Academy is by far the best! Both of my sons attend. They have a great, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. They help the children learn and prepare for school, not just babysit. And they have a great after school program. Bonus: They open early and close late if you have a long commute to work.

My son has been here for 3 years.I have seen the constant change and growth within in him. I must say Grayson is our family .We're overly joyed and honored to have him attend here .Grayson again is like family ,so we are here for the long haul.Thank you Grayson for loving on my son and treating us as family .Special shout-out to Tashida (the boss lady)that don't play 😂.We love all the assistants and amazing teachers ,you guys are all amazing! My daughters (ages 4 and 1) have been enrolled at Grayson Academy for 4 months and the staff has gone above and beyond for our girls. They provide great care and educational activities for all ages. The staff is awesome and does a great job keep parents informed of upcoming events and our girls' day to day activities. Love the Precious status updates for infants/toddler rooms!

Our Grayson Academy family is Amazing! There’s no other Childcare facility like this.The staff, and owners are fantastic.They truly love and care for the children.Their creative curriculum and art work activities encourage fun educational experiences which truly help with each developmental phase. The family First values shine through in every class room. Highly recommend and encourage you to join our family.

I have two children that attend Grayson Academy. One in the Two's and one in the PreK class. They are both learning a tremendous amount. They have teachers that extend themselves and pay great detail to each student. Both of my children clean and smell fresh every time my Husband an I pick them up. I can always expect a news letter and a new song/learning lesson each day. The teachers are very hands on and the Director/Owner has an open door policy. She is very personable and genuine. I would recommend Grayson a thousand times over.

My daughter has been going to Grayson Academy for almost 3 years now. She loves coming here and even cries when we pick her up lol! Before covid during the summers the kids took fieldtrips and do so much fun stuff. They are always doing fun activities for the children. I appreciate that they are open early and close late because not all of us work a 9-5 schedule. I am very thankful they never closed down during covid because a lot of us still had to go in to work and I knew I could rely on them for childcare! Thank you Grayson Academy for everything you do!

Grayson Academy has been amazing to our children. The teachers and staff give quality services, the rates are affordable and the hours are unbeatable. We look forward to sending our boys back this school year!

As a parent I would like to say thank you for the environment you provide. Its not easy leaving a young child to go work, but at Grayson Academy I felt the assurance that my child was safe and well taken care of. That comfort does alot for a parent, I also appreciated the accommodating hours (6 am to 8 pm), that allowed me time to get through traffic.

I do not understand how people are allowed to post statements that are untrue about a business and it not be verified. This Sabrina Lowe person does not exist and never has! My baby attended Grayson Academy since she was 8 weeks old and is now going on 4. Trust me I know every teacher in this building. The staff at this location are very caring and loving to your kids. The Grayson Academy twam clearly must be doing something correct because they have a waiting list for patents wanting to enroll their kids. Now onr thing is true! The director will terminate an employee quick fast and in a hurry if the employee is not caring for your children in a loving manor but this is a good thing. They will call you even if your child gets a scratch on the playground so i just wish people would stop lying and trying to give a positive business neigatative reviews because they dont like seeing someone doing good in the community. The staff works very hard making sure that EVERY child is safe and in a loving environment.

Grayson Academy is awesome. My child started there at 5 months and now she is 18 month. Even though the transition was a lil rough at first the teachers and owner made it as smooth as possible for her. The staff are very caring and tends to the childs ever need. My child has learned alot and I'm looking forward to her learning alot more at Grayson Academy.

I’m giving this business a 5 star ⭐. I wish I could give 100 star. This this facility is very clean, personable, and extremely professional. I came in just for tour because I have heard wonderful things about this place. After asking around for good quality child caregivers. They have superseded any expectations I may have had or concerns. Answering all questions I had and giving feedback. They have truly stole my heart. I’m very confident that our relationship will be long lasting. And my family will be in great hands most of all. Thank you ladies again for the wonderful experience.

Our daughter has been attending Grayson Academy for a year! My husband and I love the warm, nurturing environment; the staff is friendly and courteous. Our daughter wakes up every morning eager to attend school!!
