Marilyn was very helpful and correctly adjusted the hearing aids I had gotten from hearing life. I can love my hearing aids now. Thank you so much! I recommend Gainesville Hearing.

Dr. Bellows has been my audiologist and helping me with my hearing loss for many years. She is kind, compassionate, and awesomely knowledgeable. I am so happy to have someone I trust 100%. It is also nice being able to get my supplies for my hearing aid all in one place. I highly recommend.

Dr. Bellows is an expert at what she does! I trust her completely with my own health and my kids. Definitely the best audiologist in town. No need to go anywhere else.

Excellent service! They serve both veterans and the general public from diverse backgrounds with dignity and respect. Rapid and thorough assessment of patient audiological needs, walk- in repairs and parts are nearly always available.

They offer hearing aids of excellence, that address a wide range is audiological needs. Siemens and many trusted brands are offered.

State of Georgia Accessibility Regulations require provision of CapTel phones to both civilians and military veterans. In response, this location stocks a variety of audio accessable phones at no charge, with documentation of medical need.

They have some cutting edge adaptive tools for business people and home safety at fairly good prices.

Veterans don't forget to contact your VAMC or CBOC for prior authorization and to schedule your appointment on an expedited basis as needed.

I’ve been a client of Dr Bellows for a few years now! She is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me with my profound hearing loss greatly. She has always been nice to me and my daughter, when my daughter goes to the office with me. Dr bellows and Henry both have always answered all my questions and concerns. I like this office and they are very reasonable on they’re prices . Specially hearing aid ear molds and hearing aid accessories. I’m very pleased with this office. If anyone says Dr bellows’s has an attitude problem, no she doesn’t! She’s blunt and straight forward. And she doesn’t sugar coat anything. Of which I like that

Very weird vibe going in.
There was a big dog in the business and it was not friendly! Snapped at my boots and didn’t seem to like kids Luckily he seemed to listen to the doctor pretty well after snapping at my boots.

I’ve been a dog groomer for 9 years and thank God my son knew not to touch a dog unless asking first but another kids might not. This is a law suit waiting to happen.
Also I received no papers after the appointment or any info on what she did. It was unorganized and not a good experience.

horrible customer service, was referred by the ent doctor for my not even 2 year old and everyone there was extremely rood and the lady that took us back to do the hearing thing had a lot of negative comments and opinions regarding my child. could not get out of there fast enough. do not recommend, especially for children

I called to make my son an appointment and the man who and the phone to schedule my appointment was extremely rude and rushed the entire conversation. Went for my sons appointment today and called them to let them know we were running a few minutes late and both receptionist were extremely rude about it and said they would have to squeeze us in so there might be a wait. Got to the appointment and the door to the office was locked so had to wait for them to let us in and then locked it back immediately after we came in. The lady checking us in was not friendly at all. The doctor was very weird and was not very friendly or kind either. Said everything looked fine and that she would send his pediatrician a report and to top it all off they had a pretty big dog in the office just hanging around. Which I thought was kinda if unsanitary and unsafe. For any future hearing test or exams we will be finding another doctor. Do not recommend.

Was referred here by my sons pediatrician and I could not get out fast enough. The doctor is extremely rude and has zero customer relation skills. Her sarcastic and degrading way of speaking made us leave before even getting checked in by the front desk lady. The door is locked because they have a big dog walking around freely. (So unsanitary) I work in Healthcare and to see this behavior from a doctor was disgusting. If you get referred here please find somewhere else because now seeing the past reviews, it seems like this place has never been good especially with children.
