Jeff Stevens is an outstanding technician with Remedy Plumbing! He is very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and he treated me like family! Throughout the inspection of my home he explained very thoroughly all of the issues regarding my plumbing and helped me to understand what needed to be done. In addition, his pleasant and caring personality made me feel certain I had chosen the best plumbing company! Jeff definitely went above and beyond during his service visit and I feel blessed by the experience!

I called Remedy plumbing and Blake responded within minutes. I only wanted to get a quote on a future project and he spent time to explain in detail what the job would entail and would provide me a quote in a few days. I told him that my project would not happen for maybe a couple of months. No problem, he would be waiting for my call. Remedy is a good company.

Called Remedy Plumbing for a sewage smell in the basement. A vent system that was previously in place by another company was failing. Our technician, Angelo, was able to find the issue and we were able to rerun the vent to the outside of the house where it should've been in the first place. Very happy with the job performed and the technician was professional and polite.

I submitted the online form to Remedy regarding a water heater replacement estimation and was called within a few minutes and able to get a next day appointment. Matt was my technician and was great from start to finish. He went through all the options that he was thinking regarding the replacement. We decided on a plan and price and he installed the water heater that day. He was professional from beginning to end and even helped secure a hose bibb connection that he noticed was loose.
