Cajun CrossFit

I have been a member for the last 3 years and this place rocks. This is a place where you can get an awesome workout with coaches that push you to be better. The member community is always encouraging and helpful so if you are in the area, you need to stop in. You won't regret it!

Awesome gym. First time ever doing crossfit. They were very welcoming and helped me through the techniques. As everyone finished the workout around me they turned their attention to those left (me) and cheered us on. Fantastic experience. Will be back.

Going to Cajun Crossfit is always the best part of my day. The coaches are beyond knowledgeable about the proper techniques, how to help you improve and always encouraging.The members are like family. Each and every person has motivated, pushed, and inspired me to go above and beyond of what I think I am capable of. Crossfit has changed me in all aspects of who I am. And there is no place better than Cajun Crossfit.

Best CrossFit gym! The owners are always present and engaged in their business. There is structure and coaching at all times. It's the best of both worlds; having a physical personal trainer and the competitiveness of being in a group enviornment
