I’ve rented numerous u-hauls from different locations. But this particular location is the BEST! Raven was so kind and helpful! She answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail.

Blake was extremely helpful and professional, he made the entire rental experience a joy!

we were able to get boxes and paper for less than what folks are selling used boxes for on the internet. they also have free boxes you can have as well.

This U-Haul was fantastic. We started out with a U-Haul in Gainesville that did not have the equipment would not extend time so then we found Oakwood fantastic service they worked with us. They had the equipment and they had the vehicles highly recommend.

Online rental was super easy and this location is open daily for super friendly assistance from any of there wonderful employees. Thanks for being the great company you are. Keep up the great job!

Professional communication. After a stressful experience trying to get a U Haul in Baldwin, we drove to Oakwood on 6/19 to pick up a truck. Staff were professional with great communication and customer service.

This location was the first to ever have the actual truck I reserved online. (Any other time I've rented a Uhaul from other locations I would have to get a different sized truck than I wanted.) I picked up the right size, truck right at opening on Sunday morning. The young lady that was working alone that morning, Krystaline, was just wonderful! I was the first one there, and there was a long line of people behind me in just a matter of minutes. Krystaline was patient, calm, and dedicated to giving each customer her full attention. The level of customer service that she provided was beyond outstanding! And when I returned my rental at the end of the day, she was still there providing exceptional service with a smile on her face! Moving is stressful. Renting anything comes with worries and stress. I just can't tell you enough how easy that young lady made my rental experience! There were some glitches along the way, but she kept a positive attitude and made sure that she took care of everything! Every business could only hope to have someone like her!

Needed a wiring harness put on our car in a pinch. Tyler and Jacob dropped everything and got us in and out extremely fast!

The installer did a great job and the equipment is top notch. Very satisfied and highly recommend to anyone needing a hitch.

Had a lot of issues with customer service the day before my pick up. Customer service was not based at the location . But once I got the to location miss krystaline was very understanding & helpful. Was grateful she there to help even though it was mother's day. Thanks ma'am.

Killian and AJ (manager) were both very professional and pleasant to deal with. I strongly recommend them If you need a trailer hitch installed or to rent any of their equipment.

On May 24 Yesterday I had a truck reserved at the flowery branch and they were not even open or able to access me a truck like they promise So I was sent to this location where a kind lady assisted me And made sure I got a truck at her location she was the only person working at this U-Haul location even though it was busy she did her duty’s and what another employee or two would have done and beyond !She truly needs a raise for her efforts and dealing with multiple customers all alone wit efficiency!
