Jeff Swayze runs this Real Estate business and Choice Home Builders. I got his name on Home Advisors for hard wood floor installation in the summer (2018).

I hired them. They installed the floors, and I paid them in full (I have the receipts). BUT, they never paid their wood supplier. SO, the wood supplier just put a lien of 7,000 on my house. I spoke to the wood supplier this morning, and he said Jeff Swayze with Choice Builders has scammed other customers doing the same thing this summer. They told me that they can put a lien on my house because I have the wood installed, although I paid Jeff Swayze in full. So, now I had to hire a lawyer to have this lien removed from my property. I will be reporting Jeff Swayze to the Real Estate Commisioner. They need to investigate him, because he probably operates his real estate business the same manner.
Please be aware.
Now I’ve had to hire a lawyer to remove this lien. I hate for other people to get a bad experience with him as well.

Stay clear of this guy. I bought a house from him in TN. I had a one year warranty on the house. He made some cheap minor repairs but when larger issues happened he would not return phone calls and ended up not paying for repairs he should have. The day I actually moved in some painters never paid showed up at my new house looking for him saying they needed their money. Another time I was served papers for him stating he had skipped out on paying medical bills and was due in court. This guy has no ethics and will take your money and run.

Just an update to your response. You were in TN several years ago. You built two houses in my subdivision however yes you are no longer in TN. Your reputation or behaviors don't change just because you cross state lines. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS GUY!!!
