Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Baton Rouge South

Emily checked us in and was extremely friendly. the room was very clean by Lacresha. the breakfast was good. on the way out, housekeeping was extremely friendly and asked if we enjoyed our stay. my stay was awesome. no complaints🙃

First off let me say that I was going to stay here for work but wound up not having to stay. Literally put my bags in the room and left about mid day. But; the staff was very friendly, breakfast was great with a wide variety of foods to choose from, the room was clean, and the air conditioner worked well as it had cooled the room off when I came back for my bags. The only complaint I had was there was a weird smell in the room. Not a bad one, just a little odd. I would of been happy with the stay if i would of actually been able to stay.

stayed a few times in the past year. its been a toss up. 'Jill' was our house keeper. She did a great job and went out of her way to get us a few things we needed. Asked another housekeeper by washing machines for a couple extra pillows and in return was basically told no with an attitude. Front desk staff was quite welcoming. Noise from kids running around kept us awake but thats life in a hotel. All in all short for some rude staff it was another good stay

We lost our grandma and everything was such short notice for us coming way out of town. Staff was extremely helpful helping with a discount for us to be able and have a place to lay our head. Staff spoke to you every morning. Breakfast was awesome. Would like to see a little remodeling but, I'd still stay there again 100 times over. Thank you Fairfield Inn & Suites Baton Rouge Louisiana for making us feel at home.

Nice location that is close enough to a number of restaurants. Rooms are nice sized and clean. Stayed here twice in a two week period with different room types, so not sure if all renovations are complete as the first room felt a bit older. Overall great value!

Great room, breakfast included. The regular breakfast attendant is great. She keeps everything stocked, cleaned, and makes sure you have everything you could want. You can absolutely tell when she has the day off.

We stayed here when we visited Baton Rouge for Smackdown Live last week. Located within walking distance of a convenience store. Property was clean and nice, Antoine at the desk was delightful along with the rest of the staff. The breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the BEST run Fairfield Inn's in the country! Management and staff OUTSTANDING! They really care about you and your stay! Excellent afternoon snacks! SUPER Comfortable beds! Rooms have plenty of space! Work out room small but good and pool standard. Really an excellent place to stay and close to many attractions by car! Right across street from LSU rural exhibit and arboretum!

Clean and quiet. Great and fun front desk person. Had a great night sleep. Very very hot water for the shower, totally awesome. Great continental breakfast. And an indoor pool and spa.....

Thank you for carrying gluten free breakfast options!! It is so considerate for the hotel to do this and it is much appreciated. The staff is incredibly friendly and this hotel could not be cleaner

This hotel punches above it's weight. I had a great time here for a couple of nights stay. The staff is very friendly, especially the overnight front desk lady who checked us in at 3AM because of a delayed flight.

My brother and sister in law stayed here. We did not. We joined them to visit for a few hours and my daughter and grandson enjoyed the indoor pool. Very nice hotel. Will definitely consider staying here on our next visit.

Friendly service esp. Emily & Donald at the front desk. Rooms are comfy. Excellent breakfast. Decent gym. Generally quite & that's what matters to me!

We had a great stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites. The staff was friendly and the indoor pool and hot tub were excellent. The room was clean and we slept well and ate a delicious breakfast.

Great hotel service and great rooms. Would definitely recommend getting a King Size bed; they are absolutely amazing. And to top it all off there is free breakfast and free parking.

Great hotel and service. Very clean. Staff amazing. Only complaint, they use scented carpet deodorizer. I would recommend.

My key card went missing, and someone who worked there found it at the nearby gas station. They brought it back with my also missing gas cap, and found me with the room number on my key card. I didn't even realize I had left that gas cap by the time they had replaced it!

Room was large, clean, and ready early. Only complaint is loud music late at night from neighboring rooms. The walls do not prevent much noise.
