I'm new to the area. I needed to get some things and stopped in. Marcos in appliances was friendly, helpful, asked good questions, welcomed me to the DMV, and took great care of me for new appliances.
I then went up to pay separately for some other items but the system was not recognizing my new charge account. I wound up at customer service with Stacey.
Stacey was fantastic too. He worked to figure out what was happening, resolved the issue, and got me on my way all with a great attitude and a big friendly smile.
I've been in plenty of Home Depot locations, but this was hands down the friendliest and most helpful I've ever experienced.

Went to Home Depot for one on my diy projects.

While there, I encountered an energetic, dynamic, very friendly associate. Christopher is an absolute gem that is definitely custom oriented.

The active listening regarding my task honestly made me want to get a new system, if it hadn’t already just gotten done!

I don’t normally provide employe reviews, but I felt compelled to inform Home Depot of an employee in the Lumber Dept. who helped me with my DIY issue. As a senior citizen, I have experienced how very few Home Depot employees will offer assistance in finding the right product. Fortunately, Dion was there to help me through the process. I found him to be very patient, professional and knowledgeable about the products. I was very impressed. He listened, offered advice, and showed me different options. We found the type of wood (2x6) that I needed and ensured that I get the item to my car. Dion is a great employee. Thank you.

Charles in flooring was amazing and extremely patient to be working short handed and yet having such a cheerful personality. Home Depot is lucky to have such a kind dedicated employee.

I try my hardest to avoid this store, not organized, can't find someone to help & when you do, usually it's a Nightmare. I've had workers tell me... Nah I don't know, while they're on their phone... you should go to Lowes they might have it. I had to pick up some supplies for plumbing & Lowes ( which by the way is my go to store) did not have all that I needed so needless to say I HAD to go to Homedepot. I had the pleasure of meeting TED. This MAN, OMG is so knowledgeable in plumbing, took the time out to listen. He knew exactly what I needed & also gave me other ideas how to do it differently. I have NEVER experienced a worker at Homedepot like TED, hopefully management really takes care of him. HUGE asset to their company! Anyone in need of plumbing questions ask for TED & because of TED I will shop more at HOMEDEPOT.

Thank you for serving your community. The Lord is Good and He is Real. So I came ready to post a poor review but God. His Grace is real too. God is everywhere. The lines are definitely long and looking from the outside in it appears their way of business is not effective and efficient. But God, allowed me to over hear an employee, "they don't know what it's like to be in our shoes" so I said, "May I ask what is like to be I your shoes?" She begin to explain and at that moment the Lord provided me understanding and clarity. Thank you Jesus. The Lord gives understanding. We don't know what's going on from the inside out. I ordered an item online for pickup. Home Depot has a lockers located at the entrance, so all I had to do was point the QR code on my phone at the screen and then stand back while the locker door popped open. Very nice system!

Had a great experience in the lumber area with a young man named Zach. He had perfect customer service I told him what I was working on and he suggested the type of material that I should use. He cut my lumber and I got my project finished. I even went back to this location for other items to finish up my project even though there was 2 others stores closest to me. Thanks again Zach.

Lawn and garden section is awesome. I can get everything I need in one visit. I like using the website while in-store to figure out where certain items are located and go straight to that aisle without wasting time.

Used curbside pick up & had a fantastic experience! Ordered online, then checked in when I arrived. My purchases were brought out too me quickly & politely.

I am not a Home Depot fan. The store is fine, it's just not my thing. Thusly, I appreciate that I located what I needed quickly and received friendly/professional service.

Sales floor employee, Jacob was great. He had ten minutes left of his shift and he still elected to help us custom cut our blinds for our new home. He took his time and made us feel wanted. Fantastic customer service on Jacob’s end. Thanks!

The associates were very helpful and attentive! Gee (that's his name) was very patient as we looked through water heaters to find one we liked. The cashier (sorry I forgot her name) was funny and efficient. Got us out quickly while still communicating with coworkers. She was definitely good at her job! We'll be back!

I went to Lowes to purchase blinds. Not only was the inventory limited, there was no one to assist me. I decided to leave and take my business to Home Depot. I was impressed with the choices they had to offer and Justin in the floor and window department was very helpful. He cut my blinds perfectly. I am very happy with my new blinds and the service he provided. He was very professional.

half of you customers don’t read, you’re pretentious and ignorant. Then you run to give reviews when most of the problems are your fault. Everyday it amazes me how you can ask a question when the answer is right in your face. Reading is fundamental and the only people who get a pass for that are our non native English customers. Get a brain and do something better than typing a review up

Upon arriving at this Store, my wife and I needed help in Isle #3. After a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at the "Oxon Hill" Store, I was unsure what to expect but a young man by the name of Justin came and was pleasant and explained in FULL details the pros and cons of installing "kitchen tiles and the side items that are needed to go with the tiles. My wife and I thank you Justin! Home Depot should employ MORE outsourcing employees like yourself Justin!
