Always a pleasant experience when I go in. Associates do check in to see if help is needed which is greatly appreciated. Well lit parking lot. Restrooms are usually in good condition. The stock levels do correspond with website/app. I find what I'm looking for easily. Ultimately, a friendly Lowes location.

My husband and I had an excellent experience here when we visited recently to look at dishwashers after ours stopped working.

The salesperson, Mark, was very knowledgable advising us on the pros and cons of each model.

Heading over to help a client out in St Charles had to grab a few supplies and Lowes had exactly what I needed. Great customer service and very helpful

They had a huge selection of generators in stock to pick from not like other places that had nothing at all. The employee was a huge help. He even helped me find an adapter I needed that I would have never found on my own.

Customer service excellent the cashier helped me in the self serve lane. She was very pleasant to talk to.

I always find this Lowe's in Waldorf, MD to be different than any of the other Lowe's in the area. The employees attentiveness, and professionalism is refreshing to experience. My wife and I went to purchase a new dishwasher. We were asked twice if we needed assistance before we could get to the dishwashers. Upon arriving at the dishwashers the one sales person was with a customer. He immediately call for another sales person to come and help us. Service like that is a rarity to us in stores these days We purchased our new dishwasher, scheduled installation and was done in under an hour. I should note this is not an isolated situation, we have had similar experiences at this particular Lowe's store. Thus our reason for driving 10 miles to this particular Lowe's. We can only attribute the attitude and professionalism of this store's employees to the store management. I apologize for the long review but this Lowe's store personnel deserves to be recognized as a cut above.

I went to Lowe's in Waldorf today and was very pleased with the service provided by Umar. He was so helpful and assisted me to find all of my purchases. He was quick and when he did not know where the products were specifically he knew who to ask. I really appreciate it. I have had very negative experiences with customer service at Home Improvement stores so this interaction was a refreshing change.

Earnest and Justin really helped me. Even though we didn’t find what I wanted they were a big help. The computer said the store had three of the items I needed but we couldn’t locate them. They both grabbed ladders to climb up above to look for me. I really wanted to let you all know they were Awesome!

This 5 is for my new Friend Larry from the plumbing department! He came all the way from where he was just to help us. My Husband and my self was waiting for someone to get us a propane tank. And Mr. Larry help us. Such a patience soul! Look for Him.

Found what I needed. Staff were helpful and it wasn't busy so I got in and out fast.

We just wanted to give personal recognition and appreciation to the outstanding service given by Jerry Garrison Sr -Sales Specialist in the Flooring Department. He served both my husband and I with nothing less than unwavering patience, friendliness and "down home" expertise in the flooring department. We left with more clarity in our next steps and encouragement to move forward with our project. We want to thank him for taking the time that he took with us and we want to thank Lowes for providing us with such great service in Waldorf,MD.

I have been here everyday for a week straight. My roller brush broke 10 minutes into painting and the customer service representative got me a replacement. I love coming here, when I have a reason to. Very large store with almost anything you can think of inside.

Lowe’s has really great pricing and everything I need to perform a mold remediation project

Just had the BEST customer service experience of my life! Darrell helped me from the second I walked into the store and personally helped me pick out a tree AND he carried throughout the store and helped me to my car. I love fresh trees, but the process of loading them is often so daunting… Darrell was conscientious, kind, and amazing! So thankful for his help!

Great customer service and excellent prices.

My encounter was pleasant but not appreciated. While I appreciate being offered a Military discount after showing my Military ID because I wasn't in the store's system I was denied the discount. Issue for me is I have never been denied the discount or looked for in the system. I just showed my ID and made my purchase with the discount applied. I just don't like inconsistent rules.
