Caribou Coffee

The very best in customer service. My hot flavored latte is always made perfectly and the food is especially good. Tables, counters and doors are sanitized frequently. Very well managed. Seating is comfortable. Plentiful parking is right in front.

Caribou Coffee is one of the many coffee shops in Greensboro. However, it is sunny, often full of people to talk to (in a good, friendly way... kind of like on the show, Cheers) and very comfortable.

It has become my home away from home, and my go to place when I want to relax and need to socialize.

The food and drink is a bonus for me, but I like their choices, and I always get something.

The only thing I'm not too keen on is the added price for the cream cheese for a bagel. They are already quite costly... but I rarely get them anyway.

Unfortunately, I do not live close to a Caribou Coffee, so it is a treat when I have to come to Friendly Center. They are always busy, but everyone is so friendly and the line moves fast. Today I had my absolute favorite coffee, the Malted Mocha with dark chocolate. You have 3 chocolate choices, dark, milk, and white. And I also grabbed a few bags of my favorite blend, which they will grind for you if needed. They truly have the best coffee around.

Pretty consistently busy, but nice service and staff. Not going to St*rbucks anymore and this is a nice replacement. I do miss drive thrus tho...

Great vegan options! Try the oatmilk cold foam or the Just egg sandwhich.

They have their own version of caffeinated lemonade that ISN'T deadly levels of caffeine so that's cool!

Caribou reminds me of how we say welcome in my language and I felt that when I walked it. Great coffee and great customer service.

The customer service, coffee, food, atmosphere has always been nothing short of stellar. I love this coffee shop and highly recommend for a visit. You won’t be disappointed.

Everything about this location takes me back to the roots and founding of Caribou. The service is authentic, prompt, sincere, and engaging. The product quality is always high. The manager has built and cultivated a team of amazing individuals - and the manager's leadership is second to none. I feel B.A.M.A. every time I enter this store. Thank you to you and your team!

I love this place! Girlfriend told me we should go there so we did and it was great. I had the Turtle Mocha and she had the Iced Vanilla Matcha and they were both really good. Love the vibes of the whole shop, it smelled like chocolate and coffee and was just nice and cozy. Will be going again!

Coffee here is pretty strong. They have a decent variety of non-coffee drinks and some bakery items. The space is nice and clean and the workers are pretty helpful/nice. Great for studying/working as they have a lot of tables of various sizes and outlets throughout although it can be a bit loud. The store has two individual restrooms and an outdoor space with a few tables.

I am visiting from out of town, but the girls were so helpful and gave me great recommendations based on my needs. The food was amazing (had the vegan flat bread. Ahmazing!), cold pressed coffee was delicious, and matcha was also really good, not too sweet 😋. Boyfriend also said the lumberjack and carmel espresso shaker hit the spot. Great environment to read a book, and I will come again if I come back to the area.

The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. I’m a big coffee drinker but up until this point had not found a place to buy good coffee since moving to NC a year prior. I ordered a Carmela iced coffee and I was instantly in love.

The BEST coffee, and let me repeat that. BEST COFFEE EVER!!!
The folks there working were so nice and very interactive with everyone… smiling laughing and just good vibes all around !

Wish there were more of these locations around but even though a 45 minute drive for me to the nearest Caribou Location I’m going to keep coming the coffee is that Grrrrreat !!!

We had a great experience visiting this shop. We were visiting from the Siler city area and it was one of my kids bdays and the baristas made him feel so special.

Love this coffee shop!! I always come by here when I am visiting NC. Nice, clean atmosphere and great selections. I wish we could get Caribou Coffee in Florida…

This is the only place I ever crave a white peach smoothie from, and I’m happy to know they still serve it after so many years (even when it’s not on the menu to see).

The place is a little cramped, but it’s still a decent place to get work done!

Absolutely love Caribou Coffee!! Whenever I'm in a market with one I make a point to stop! This experience was great - the coffee was great! Also, I tried their mushroom and Swiss souffle - surprisingly good!! If you love coffee & want an alternative to Starbucks, Caribou is a phenomenal choice!

I love Caribou! I never went to any coffee shops before moving to the United States and I was brought to Caribou 16 years ago and love it ever since. I really love the coolers and am not ashamed to order an XL Chocolate Coffee Cooler with Caribou's delicious whip cream and chocolate drizzle. To me the whip is as important as the beverage itself. Competitor's whip is something to be improved on but Caribou's is excellent the way it is and always was.

This is my favourite coffee shop in my favourite location. I love the people and the food and the coffee.

Always pleased with the cinnamon tea and the friendly staff who take such pleasure in preparing it!
