This store was very clean & organized, the black friday sales where spectacular & in every department!! Janice Paschal is the best employee you all have in this whole store!! She has the best customer service, personality, cheer, knowledge of the items or products, professionalism ever!! Thank you Janice for making my shopping night a great one !! I will be back soon !!

Store is clean. Our checkout lady was alive! With her super cute bright red hair and love for the music playing (Madonna). She cheered up the mood in the long line! In a room full of un-happy people- we were thankful for her!

Love shopping at maceys. Alittle pricey but the sales are pretty good when they have them.

Macy's, Macy's,...Macy's!!! I have to say that I hit the jackpot at this store for school shopping and more with awesome savings. Great prices and discounts , I guess depends on what you're are looking for, but this was a great shopping experience ! I'm super happy !!! This review has to do with one outstanding employee. I was checked out by a delightful woman, named Genevieve. She was a very kind, competent & courteous cashier. What makes her superb service even more notable is that she had just suffered a verbal attack by another customer. This customer was carrying on like a 3 year old and was speaking to all the service workers in an extremely degrading tone, plagued with xenophobic microagressions. This episode went on for multiple minutes and yet Genevieve remained very composed and continued graciously helping this awful woman. My friend and I had a great experience being checked out by Genevieve & I feel very strongly she is deserving of a raise.
However, Macy's should do more to protect it's employees from verbal onslaughts at the hands of it's customers.

Fairly well maintained store, sadly the last time I was there a storm came though and knocked out the power. The employees had to ask everyone to leave. Some people can become callous after working in retail, but the way the employees interacted with everyone was kind even to the "Karen" that had to get her shirt today.

I love this Macys. People seem to give it bad reviews but how can you not find something in a store so massive? Great selection of shoes, bags, clothing, and jewlery. They always seem to have good sales going on. Upstairs is where you'll find the best deals on reduced goods.

I went to May's to pick up an online order. The pick up counter was very convenient to find. The sales associate was very engaging with me as she gathered my order. There was a manager that was greeting the shoppers and I thought that was awesome to see someone from leadership engaging with the shoppers. Had a great shopping experience and will be back.

Great merchandise at a good value and the curbside is safe. Employees MOST IMPRESSIVE! Polite, well dressed, observe rules. Curb side pick up OUTSTANDING! HIGHLY recommend this store for a good experience.

Very sweet woman who rang me up! I looked at the ticket afterwards and realized she'd applied a discount for me that she absolutely did not have to use. Saved me $30... I'll definitely go back.

Back stage has the deals!! We did all our 2021 Christmas shopping here! My wife worked at the Macy’s in Colorado Springs Colorado for a very long time and loves Macy’s! We can always find great deals!

My favorite store. I found some nice prices Sperry rain boots on sale. The sales associate was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly in the shoe department. I wish I knew his name but a description of him is tall, slim, glasses and a nice smile.
