Whole Foods Market

I love Whole Foods. I am handicapped and rather tall, and their handicaped scooter is about eight inches higher to sit in the most and much easier to get in and out of for a tall person person. I also love the wonderful selection of specialty foods that are gluten-free!

Excellent meat counter: knowledgeable staff who are more than happy to help you choose or let you pick exactly which cut you want. The consistently friendly service definitely makes this my go-to store whenever I'm in the area. Not the cheapest, as people are quick to point out, but high quality with abundant choices. You might find cheaper, but you won't find *better.*

A little pricier than other grocier store but they offer foods and services hard to find elsewhere. Open, well-stocked, and friendly. Amazon Prime customers also get special deals.

Let’s start with the staff, who make this place special. They have always been pleasant and have gone the extra mile to help us. Their work ethic is evident through the appearance of this store, which is nearly always perfect (save restocking efforts). Corporately, I have always been impressed with how quickly and easily they offer full refunds when there is a problem with the products. I hope that Amazon’s oversight helps them continue to work on their cost structures, as pricing can be high at times. Really appreciate this store!!

Because they care about the Earth and the people on it. Their products are sustainably and extensively sourced to insure their integrity. Their people are all committed to the company and its vision. They are all knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and courteous. This is the first place to go. AND they have a self-service bread slicer!

The store itself is looking nice and clean kind of welcoming you inside. The staff pretty much always happy to help you, we have to understand that we all have bad days and good days, the same rule applies for the staff there too. Don't be judgemental and don't assume. Anyway they could have a more variety of products.

My only gripe is the Amazon barcode needs to be easier to find when at the register. It's not super obvious where it is on the Amazon webpage. Not sure what it's called, but the square barcode-like symbol you scan to get the prime price for an item is what I'm talking about. Also, I can tell a difference between how well the product was stocked on the shelf before and after Amazon took over Whole Foods. AI is great but you need to let the employees adjust for onsite needs to make sure the inventory is accurate and looks good when displayed on the floor. Five stars for the store employees, three stars for Amazon. 😁

Don't be surprised if the creme brulee doesn't look "brulee" sitting in the display case. It turns out, if you ask for creme brulee at this location, they do the "brulee" part (sugar and flame) for you at the last minute, so it's fresh. I'm not qualified to say how it affects the taste, but I think it speaks to their dedication.

Lunchtime at Whole Foods was amazing for me a few weeks ago. I purchased Jerk Chicken Soup which was So Wonderful!! My palate was completely satisfied. The taste and the smell was a WOW experience. Hats off to the chef. Please make this again. I will purposely live my lunch box at home for your soup. Thank you for making my experience great.

It is so frustrating how they are still closed and not able to know when they open back up. Could we please know when are you guys opening again? I have do put my newborn in the car seat mostly everyday to go check if they opened again :(

It's the cleanest, friendliest grocery store in Greensboro. Being an Amazon prime member, it's always really good deals on quality items.

This location has an extensive selection of fresh organic fruits to peruse from the moment you walk in, with lots of organic fruit located in freezer section, too. Their dry bulk self-serve section is impressive, even having a bunch of raw nuts and seeds to choose from. There are many brands of organic yogurt, and loads of lactose-free dairy-alternative options, too. Due to their high prices, I don't normally do any of my regular grocery shopping here, but there are many specialty items available to make it worth a monthly visit, at least.

Great organic produce selection with good prices as well. (Contrary to some people's assumptions). Excellent customer service, too.

I like Whole Foods. It is a nice atmosphere that has everything. The staff was also really friendly.

Friendly staff store. Lots of healthy choices to choose from. Stocked items, great sale prices. Cashier was very friendly.

Very impressed with this grocery store. They have cooked food, wine, pizza, and just about any other grocery item you may need for your special dish. Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed, and most assuredly you will find what you need.

There are some businesses and locations where you just feel welcomed. Sherry and her team at Whole Foods Greensboro (friendly Center) did an incredible job of welcoming me 15 minutes before closing time. And I was that annoying customer with Amazon returns. I didn’t even buy anything. Even so, every employee greeted me and was positive to be around. But the manager, Sherry, is a really awesome human being. I barely know her, but I noticed that she bragged on her team, and she really complemented her younger employees. I teach at a university, and I noticed that a lot of adults do not do a good job of bragging on our younger people, when it is deserved. So kudos to Sherry. Always makes me smile to meet people that are positive and enjoy life.

I love coming here and trying all their delicious sweets. It's very clean and I love the different varieties of food and great atmosphere! Is on the pricey side but they always deliver!
